xyplot 3 panels 3 different Y variables
Often, when exploring a dataset, I'd like to plot several very different Y variables against the same X variable, in panels stacked one over the other. Is there an easy way to do this? I'd like to achieve an elegant look similar to the look achieved by lattice in conditioned plots--for instance no space between panels. But unlike in straightforward conditioned plot, each panel may be on a

Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel problem
Hello, I've tried to analyze some data with a CMH test. My 3 dimensional contingency tables are 2x2xN where N is usually between 10 and 100. The problem is that there may be 2 strata with opposite counts (the 2x2 contigency table for these are reversed), producing opposite odds ratios that cancle out in the overall statistics. These opposite counts are very important for my analysis, since

Hi. I''ve subscribed my self to participate of GSoC''11. The project that Im interested is the parallax sm backend. My project is the integration with Xen Cloud Platform and Parallax. In end of this project, We expect a simple way of managing VMs with Parallax and if possible, to ease fail-over, migration and perform very low overhead snapshots. I’m open for suggestions and

Applying Dovecot for a large / deep folder-hierarchy archive.
Hi all, The guidance provided so far has been really helpful, and has helped a great deal to bringing down wasted energy on finding and executing a viable path. I am now at the final due action to complete our Dovecot application to our use-case, but am stuck on an issue that I cannot find any easily accessible documentation on. Generally this is what has been done: 1. Uploaded the enterprise

Applying Dovecot for a large / deep folder-hierarchy archive - BUG REPORTS!
Your report is most appreciated, though it lacked quite a lot of detail that could've expedited the investigation why it happened. With the further information we can hopefully figure out why you are experiencing the problems you reported. There is no offense intended. Applying Dovecot for a large / deep folder-hierarchy archive.
Hello Aki, Thank you greatly for your advice, it is really valuable to know that the key criteria for our desired application of Dovecot are supported (our groupware stacks are running Dovecot 2.3.4.1) prior to commencing operations to configure Dovecot and migrate enterprise data. Thanks for the word of caution with regards to mbox format; that was a slip of the tongue on my part, our groupware

FreeBSD-Update + Sendmail
I have been updating my FreeBSD systems for many years by updating and building from source. For the FreeBSD 9.2 cycle, I decided to use freebsd-update for binary update instead. I use Sendmail + Cyrus-SASL and the freebsd-update process only installed a 'bare bones' binary. How do I compile just Sendmail from source so that it uses my /etc/make.conf for the smtp_auth components?

Fwd: Character not allowed in mailbox name
Hi Arnold, thanks for your assistance. I solved the issue right now by changing prefix = Shared/%%u/ to prefix = Shared/%%n/ This omits the @mydomain.de part which holds the dot causing the trouble. Why this became a problem due to the update I wouldn't know. Regards Lothar Am 22.07.2019 um 10:49 schrieb Arnold Opio Oree: > Hi Lothar, > > I haven't yet had the opportunity to

PlotAffyRNAdeg on Estrogen Data
Hi everyone, I'm trying to generate an RNA degradation plot of the Estrogen example data plot, but seem to get an error. I've tried defining an ylim value, ylim=c(0,30) , but it doesn't seem to work either. My code is as follows: > RNAdeg<-AffyRNAdeg(Data) > png(DegLoc, width=720, height=720) > par(ann=FALSE) > par(mar=c(3,3,0.1,0.1)) >

Applying Dovecot for a large / deep folder-hierarchy archive.
Hello to you all, I'd like to ask about my intended application of Dovecot to create a folder-hierarchy for storing our enterprise emails, which are treated as live data rather than archives for compliance or occasional / reactive retrieval. The data is presently not that large (a few gigabytes), but it is expected to grow rapidly. Up to this stage the data has been containedin a Microsoft

unable to compile llvm with gcc 4.7.4
Hi, This is not the purpose of my distro. The purpose of my distro is to account for complexity lock-in and to remove this as much as possible. This complexity is usually performed in 2 ways: - ultra costly languages/runtime to implement (c++/java...), and I don't think "ultra" is a word big enough. - multiplication of script languages
