plot log scale, axis original scale
I want to produce some boxplots and plot the logged values but have the axis scale in the original, not-logged scale. It seeming like I have the first few steps but I'm having trouble with the last. Here's what I'm doing (which I got for the documentation for boxplot and axis). How do I get the ticks to be labeled 2,5, and 9 of the original scale? a<-c(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)

3 Y axis possible?
Dear list, We have three time course profiles with very different scales, and we want to show them in one plot. Is it possible to have three y axis? Survplot, Y-axis in percent
Hi I am a new fan of R after getting mad with the graphical functional in SPSS. I have been able to create a nice looking Kaplan Meyer graph using Survplot function. However I have difficulties in turning the y axis to percent instead of the default 0-1 scale. Further I have tried the function yaxt="n" without any results. no y-axis
HI @ all, I'm looking for a simple solution to supress the y-axis - but only the drawn scale - not the values. Only the numbers should be displayed. I tried yaxt="n" but there everything of the y-axis is supressed. axis scale issues....
I have read all the help on axis scales, which seems to be much harder to deal with than it should be, given how common the need to alter axes. Anyway....yeah, suppress the axis using yaxt then call and define the new scale using axis(). The problem is, this doesn't change the actual axis, only the text. Leaving out graduations and numbers on y axis plot
Hi all, I want to use a fourth plot on a page as a "map" of how to interpret the previous three plots - so the x axes are all the same but I want the y axis on the fourth plot to have no graduations or numbers - is this possible? Plot: Distance between tick and tick label on y-axis

Labelling a second y-axis

Formatting of numbers on y axis

How do I ensure that the minimum value is always displayed on a y-axis in a plot?
