Problems joining W2K Client to Samba 2.2.8 on RH9
Hi, i have some problems using my RedHat 9 Samba Server. I created Shares for my W2K Windows Clients. All Clients can access the Shares, so no problem there. Now i tried to join my W2K machines to the domain and get an error: "Canot join domain, the credentials supplied conflict with an existing set". I read in some newsgroups that "net use * /d" helps but it doesn't

Dovecot docker auto-responder - delegate to external SMTP
Hi all, I have dockerized my dovecot setup. Everything works fine besides auto-responder using sieve. Issue is that the my dovecot docker image does NOT come with a SMTP which could be used for outgoing mail. My SMTP setup (postfix) is in another image/container. I want to keep it that way, so that dovecot and postfix have separate images. So basically I have 2 containers running in the

my future with dovecot (?any recipe?)
Hallo I am very impressed from this howto's: 1) Postfix-Cyrus-Web-cyradm-HOWTO (mysql) http://www.delouw.ch/linux/postfix.phtml 2) Pop-Toaster using Qmail-Vmailmgr-Courier-SquirrelMail http://qvcs-guide.sourceforge.net/ (this work for me) I hope to build anything like above, but with Dovecot: [Postfix-tls-smtpauth-Dovecot-Mailadmin*-MySQL-SquirrelMail-https] Postgresql is ok for

dsadd doesn't work correct
Hi together, I installed samba 4 on a server with Debian-Wheezy-OS. Everything seems to work fine. I can add a user with RSAT. The user is added to the AD, the profile is stored in the server-profile-path and homepath can be accessed. I have to import about 400 datasets to the AD. Therefore I want to use the commandlinetool dsadd. With this tool I can import datasets, which I can see with RSAT.

Dovecot deleting files and directories
Hi, I?m a new Dovecot user and using version 2.2.18 on an OpenSuse system. In general it all works quite nicely and clients can connect to Dovecot and manage mails normally. The layout used is maildir. The users are all virtual, i.e. they do not exist on the Linux system. They all log in without any authentication due to a very specialized and internal setup. However, sometimes Dovecot simply

[RFC PATCH v6 14/92] kvm: introspection: handle introspection commands before returning to guest
From: Mihai Don?u <mdontu at bitdefender.com> The introspection requests (KVM_REQ_INTROSPECTION) are checked by any introspected vCPU in two places: * on its way to guest - vcpu_enter_guest() * when halted - kvm_vcpu_block() In kvm_vcpu_block(), we check to see if there are any introspection requests during the swait loop, handle them outside of swait loop and start swait again.
