user homedir, the imap show it like a folder, example:
doveadm mailbox list -u user at domain.com

ACLs, shared, public, virtual mailboxes not working
Since you have obfuscated your data it is hard to tell what's going on, especially as in your previous log you have 'user=user' and now you have user1 and user2.
You can try
doveadm rights -u victim folder
to see what sort of rights dovecot thinks it's seeing.

Dovecot v1.2 ACL shared-boxes users in SQL, how to remove entries?
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
Hello,
I noticed that entries added to the ACL dict are not removed, when an user
no longer has explicit ACLs to another user, e.g.:
[at the beginning no ACLs for "user"]
1 login testuser pwd
2 setacl INBOX user lp
3 deleteacl INBOX user
Although "user" has no ACLs of mailfolders of "testuser", the

public folder subscriptions sync issue with ldap user/group in dovecot-acl
I made some additional tests and found that also local unix groups are
not working in replacement for my ldap groups as discribed below.
Do groups in dovecot-acl intendedly not work?

public folder subscriptions sync issue with ldap user/group in dovecot-acl
Hello people,
I am having an issue with 'doveadm sync'. I am currently trying to have
two dovecots behind an haproxy (works fine). Therefore I configured
these two dovecot server (imap-1/imap-2) to sync throught dsync. This
works just partly. The sync of the maiboxes is fine, but the sync of the
subscriptions file just works partly. It works for private folder
subscription, but not

get username of logged in user
Hello,
can I anywhere get the name of the currently logged in user?
I'm still implementing a custom ACL plugin (IMAP commands MYRIGHTS, GETACL, SETACL, DELETEACL), and for some functions (for example storing the current folder's ACL in combination with this username) I need to obtain the currently logged in IMAP user.
Is this possible? If yes - how?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards

Hello,
Thanks, yes the global-acls file is the one I'm refering to and I
created it before all this started.
Yes, the users can both login properly and can access there own inboxes.
Thanks.
Dave.
