IPv4 configuration for Solaris guest domains
I''d like to enhance Solaris network configuration slightly to allow guest domain IPv4 details to be passed from the domain building control tools through to the relevant components in Solaris (svc:/network/physical and uts/common/fs/nfs/nfs_dlinet.c). Attached is a proposal, roughly in the form of a fasttrack. Diffs for a prototype are at:

combined output with zelig is not working!?!
Hi everyone, I have carried out a multiple imputation in R using Amelia II and have created 5 multiply imputed datasets. The purpose of my research is to fit a Poisson Model to the data to estimate numbers of hospital admissions. Now that I have 5 completed datasets and I have to pool all the 5 datasets to get one combined output for a poisson model. I have checked previous queries about

imap-login crashes after upgrade to Dovecot 1.2.8 Linux 64-bit
Hi all, We moved our Dovecot installation first of all to have all folders and inboxes on NetApps via NFS (with indexes local) then from a physical Solaris 8 4-way UltraSparc server running Dovecot 1.2.5 (32-bit) to a virtualised Ubuntu 8.04 64-bit server with a single virtual processor (in VMWare ESX 3.5) running Dovecot 1.2.8 (64-bit). Since the change, many of our users have experienced

[Eaton 5S 1500] overvoltage shut down?
and I should have probably mentioned... right after the event I unplugged the UPS's main and it went on battery, showing it had 11 mins worth of power left which is exactly what I'd expect on that load with full batteries. So the UPS "works" as expected, but then unplugging the cable would test a power dip, not a power spike, which si what I believe happened. thanks again, Spike

5s delays before executing the dialplan
Hi, We've recently hit an issue with Asterisk 18.8.0 where a call comes in via SIP (using pjsip) but it can take 5 seconds before starting to execute the dialplan. This was intermittent, but frequent (eg approx half of the calls). We have verbose logging on, but I didn't see any errors. Running asterisk -r -vvvv and then watching SIP traffic in another window showed the INVITE coming

[Eaton 5S 1500] overvoltage shut down?
Hello Charles, I've attached a dump below. There were no long entries on any of the hosts, neither the one running standalone, nor the master/slave combo, which is not too surprising, it was really fast: I saw the light flickering in the room, almost like flash, and all those 3 systems went down. I first heard the "click" of the ports being disabled, heard the systems shut down, and

[Eaton 5S 1500] overvoltage shut down?
Dear all, maybe not strictly a NUT question but I can't imagine a better place to ask, hope that's ok. last night we had what looked like a power spike and 3 machines plugged into 2 Eaton UPS went down instantly. I heard the click the UPS makes when it shuts the load on the ports and then shuts itself down (ie same thing if I simulate with upsmon -fsd). The machines instantly came back,
