Making shared folders "unmovable"
I have set up an area of shared folders with Dovecot 1.2 that is accessed by several people (by way of one account, and everyone who logs in sees these same folders), and the only problem with this setup is that occasionally somebody moves one of the folders underneath another folder or somewhere else in the folder structure, and this sometimes disrupts some automatic procmail filters and the

unmovable items on sortables...
The "Sortable lists demo" is almost perfect for a project, but once you drag all the items from the first list to the second, you cannot drag back to the first. I need to be able to have several
s that can be dragged back and forth between, even when one is emptied. Possible solutions? 1) create a
that is styled as a header, and is unmovable 2) modify the

[PATCH v1 06/11] mm: Allow to offline unmovable PageOffline() pages via MEM_GOING_OFFLINE
virtio-mem wants to allow to offline memory blocks of which some parts were unplugged (allocated via alloc_contig_range()), especially, to later offline and remove completely unplugged memory blocks. The important part is that PageOffline() has to remain set until the section is offline, so these pages will never get accessed (e.g., when dumping). The pages should not be handed back to the buddy

Virtual folder root cannot be opened, virtual folders ok
I am running dovecot 1.2.16 and not able to figure out an error that happens whenever I select the root of a virtual mailbox tree. At the moment I have a simple maildir store, accessed via IMAP, and have successfully added a virtual fs namespace with two subdirectories. I have created dovecot-virtual entries in the subdirs and they are working fine; they show the expected messages, etc. My

Seeing two different user folders!!!!!
In my high school computer lab I have Red HAt 5.0 with SAMBA being used as a file server. The kids are getting used to it. But recently I'm seeing something strange. A student with id "james" will log on Windows 95, go to network neighborhood and to the Linux computer and find there among other normal items two folders. The first will be his own folder with his id, but the second

rsync-ing from two locations with same filenames (at different versions)
Hello, I would like to have a full repository, say, holding files full/a.txt (version 1) full/b.txt (version 1) full/c.txt (version 1) and a repository of updates, for example new/b.txt (version 2 - newer) Then, I would like to call rsync [flags] new/ full/ destination to get destination/a.txt (v.1) destination/b.txt (v.2) destination/c.txt (v.1) This simple case works

Running two versions of wine?
Is it possible to run two versions of wine on the same machine? As the latest development version (1.1.22) runs Sam & Max Season One and Myst Masterpiece Edition perfectly but doesn't run realMYST. But the stable version of wine that comes with Ubuntu 9.04 (1.0.1) can run realMYST and Myst Masterpiece Edition perfectly but won't run Sam & Max Season One. I was hoping there was a

Can i have two asterisk versions running on samePC??
Hello, I think that the best way it's to use vservers: http://deb.riseup.net/vserver/create-instance/ With this you can run as much asterisk as you want :-) Bst regards, Thomas ________________________________ De : asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com [mailto:asterisk-users-bounces@lists.digium.com] De la part de Sri Keerthy Envoy? : lundi, 13. novembre 2006 08:23 ? :

Running two ferret servers for two different applications on the same box
Hi! I have a situation where we want to set up two different rails applications on the same server and they both have ferret related functionality that needs to be implemented. How does one setup the ferret_server.yml file and then start each ferrt server to reflect that these two applications should access specific ferret servers that are running? I''ve tried changing the ports in

Two cleanly installed CentOS 5.6 servers but with different Xen kernel versions
Hello, Earlier this week I installed a test server with CentOS 5.6 with Virtualization enabled during the installer. Today I installed another server using the same method (they are identical servers). I just did a yum update and I found something curious. Both servers have a different kernel. Server 1 is at 9.1 version and server 2 at 5.1. How can this be? How to I get the latest version on

RPM reporting running two versions of Samba at the same time
I was trying to work through a PDC problem that I was having with 3.0.23a noted in bug 3964. I didn't know how to apply the offered patch and my distro, FC4, has not offered an update yet to 3.0.23b so I thought that I would revert to a previous version that is not affected by this bug. I forced an install of 3.0.23 samba, common, and client and now rpm reports that I have two versions of

Bug: Creating mbox folders
Hey, I had trouble this morning creating a folder to contain sub-folders. I am using the mbox format. Turns out that the .imap directory in the new folder (directory) was not being created. Anytime I tried to view a sub-folder (using Thunderbird) dovecot would dump. Once I manually created the .imap directory, it works fine. dovecot --version -> 2.0.9 dovecot -n # 2.0.9:

Passes interaction running on two different IRs
Your use case seems to be somewhat similar to what LTO does, so it may be possible to hack something up in LTO. Perhaps you'd need to have a custom pass pipeline that would accomplish what you need. Since you say you can't link the two files, I imagine you'd need to make sure you don't emit code from one of them in the LTO link step or something along those lines. In any case,
