LDA not being called by postfix?
Hello, I'm using Postfix with virtual domains (MySQL), Dovecot 1.0beta7 and CVS LDA. I've set up postfix to use the LDA for maildir delivery and defined a global sieve script. -- master.cf -- ... dovecot unix - n n - - pipe flags=DRhu user=vmail:vmail argv=/usr/local/libexec/dovecot/deliver -d ${recipient} ... -- main.cf -- smtpd_banner =

CDB tables in Centos7 Postfix ?
Hi, It seems the default binaries don't have CDB tables compiled into them ? Now, I know Centos isn't Ubuntu, but on Ubuntu there is an optional package in the main distribution "postfix-cdb - CDB map support for Postfix". I can't find anything similar using "yum search", so I'm guessing that's not an option. Unless anyone else here corrects me

[PATCH] uapi/virtio_scsi: allow overriding CDB/SENSE size
QEMU wants to use virtio scsi structures with a different VIRTIO_SCSI_CDB_SIZE/VIRTIO_SCSI_SENSE_SIZE, let's add ifdefs to allow overriding them. Keep the old defines under new names: VIRTIO_SCSI_CDB_DEFAULT_SIZE/VIRTIO_SCSI_SENSE_DEFAULT_SIZE, since that's what these values really are: defaults for cdb/sense size fields. LDA Sieve feature request
Hello, In http://wiki.dovecot.org/LDA I read # If there is no user-specific Sieve-script, global Sieve script is # executed if set. #global_script_path = so you can set global_script_path and override it using a per user script. It would be nice if the per user scripts could be optionally run after (or before maybe?) the global script. Another nice thing would be per-virtualdomain sieve

configure.in bug?
Hello, I have no autotools knowledge but I had to remove square brackets in configure.in shipped with dovecot AC_CONFIG_HEADERS([config.h]) and dovecot-sieve AC_CONFIG_HEADERS([dsieve-config.h]) to be able to build them. thanks

High network latency on first packet
Hi all, My setup is Debian testing dom0/domUs with a 2.6.32 pvops kernel from Debian unstable. Hypervisor is 3.4.2 from Debian testing. I use network- and vif- route with a default route in domU pointing to the nic because multiple IPs with bridge would trigger port shutdown on the switch (only one mac-address allowed per port). A subnet is routed to the dom0, which then knows which addresses the

LDA Sieve debugging
Hello all, I've installed and setup the LDA with postfix. I'm trying out Sieve support, and wrote the following global script: require "fileinto"; if address :contains "To" "luca at mydomain.tld" { fileinto "Spam"; } and tried to send an email to that address. The sieve script seems to be processed and sieve-global.scriptc is compiled, but the

tinydns/djbdns opinion poll
Good morning: We're about to start moving our public DNS to in-house managed servers. My first thought was "Linux + BIND" and we're done. Someone in another business unit's IT dept. has suggested tinydns be used. >From what I could find, it looks like this software hasn't really had any community drive behind it in a while. LDA sieve library
Hello, is the LDA linked against the Cyrus SIEVE library or against the fork at libsieve.sourceforge.net ? It seems Cyrus SIEVE from src/libsieve/README in the lda sources. libsieve seems to be better suited for inclusion in non-cyrus software and should be completely independent from libcyrus. The README for cyrus version of libsieve also states that: "It should compile without libcyrus,

System-wide sieve script?
In the dovecot LDA documentation, it mentions having sieve scripts located in ~/.dovecot.sieve, which works great for per-user sieve code. I was trying to find out if there was a system-wide sieve script (maybe /etc/dovecot.sieve?) that would hopefully be run first, followed by any per-user sieve code. Anyone know if this is already possible, or if not, if there are any plans to implement
