cvs problem...
hello everyone! i have a problem checking out the icecast cvs. the checkout stalls after pulling timing/timing.h (no matter which module, they all seem to depend on it). i have to kill it after a while. am i doing anything wrong, or is your cvs botched ? for now, i'm using a nightly snapshot, but i can't find ices2 in it, so i tried to pull cvs. btw, the chroot feature is cool. i

Re: Icecast Digest, Vol 13, Issue 45
This is regarding the Flash player... There is nothing special that needs to be coded into your icecast 2.2.0 server to accomplish this. I've been streaming it thru Flash now for 5 months. www.krushradio.com click on the click2listen button. It will launch my microsite. I'm streaming it on a Windows server, and I'm using my own software to drop xml files for the player to read the

Complete list about possible options for the config file???
Dear List members, I wonder if there is a complete list with possible config options for the icecast server? Yes I have read the docs but it seams to me that there are so many undocumented options for the mount portion of the config file! Do I really have to read the source to find out? THX for any helping comments! Tobi -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment

dovecot-managesieve
Hi all, I have to implement a Out of Office Tool on our dovecot IMAP Server. Recently I updated dovecot-1.0.7-7.el5 to dovecot-1.1.20-1_98.el5 on our CentOS release 5.6 (Final) box via "yum update" # cat /etc/yum.conf .... v1.1.20 vs v1.2 & v2.0
I am currently running v1.1.20 and was wondering if there is any compelling reason to upgrade to v1.2 or v2.0? For example is there any security updates in v1.2 or v2.0 that aren't included in v1.1.20? The other major thing I would be interested in knowing is there any speed enhancements in the newer versions? I am using basic PAM Auth and Maildir mailboxes on a Linux box. Let me know

Samba 2.2.x and Trust Relationships?
Hi, Is it true that Samba 2.2.x PDC does not support trust relationships to other Windoze NT PDCs? Thanks in advance for your reply. Compile package in version R-2.10.0 (Windows XP)
Under version 2.7.0 I could without problems compile R-packages, I wrote myself (Windows XP). In the relevant path I have at the beginning of the path the following enterings: PATH=c:\Rtools\bin;c:\Rtools\perl\bin;c:\Rtools\MinGW\bin;C:\Programme\MiKTeX~1\ miktex\bin;C:\Programme\MiKTeX 2.5\miktex\bin;c:\Programme\HTML Help Workshop;c: \programme\R\bin;c:\windows;c:\windows\system32; which

round(1.5) = round(2.5) = 2?
Dear R-users with a bit of grief I had to repeat an extensive analysis because I did not suspect (and therefore did not read the documentation) that round was implemented as "for rounding off a 5, the IEC 60559 standard is expected to be used, 'go to the even digit'", resulting in round(1.5) = 2 round (2.5) = 2. As a non-mathematician I am both puzzled and intrigued by

Sieve "redirect" changes envelope sender in 2.3. / pigeonhole 0.5
Hi (Stephan?), is it a new feature of dovecot 2.3 /pigeonhole 0.5 that a sieve "redirect" changes the envelope sender of a redirected mail or simply a bug ? A sends mail to B, B redirects to C C sees B (not A!) as envelope sender. It is not a problem if C gets the mail but if that mail bounces for various reasons it goes back to B and A will never know about this. I thick this is came

Samba 3.6.9 - Redundancy (HA/BDC/DRBD)
Hi everybody, our university uses a Samba 3.6.9 server as PDC for a windows domain on a single physical server (external LDAP on another server is used). To get some redundancy up running a second physical machine was bought, which is exactly the same as the one running. Now I?m searching for the best way to get the job done. The first thought was to build a HA-Cluster with Corosync/Pacemaker

Procmail died with Signal 11
Hi to all out there, i know this is not the right mailinglist for this issue, but i?m hoping to get maybe here an answer to my problem. i have succesfully migrated 12.000 mailboxes on a debaian with washington imap to maildir on sles10 with dovecot. although i had some post-converting work to do, i can say that almost everything went fine. but there is one problem with my LDA. When postfix is
