Problems with Mailbox is in inconsistent state, please relogin.
Dear Dovecot users, I'm a sysadmin in a company that recently migrated the IMAP from courier-imap to dovecot :-) *urray* Everything with the perl migrating scripts (version 1.0) went with OKs and it was a lot of fun (and pray) to move 400Gb of mails and migrate.. and everything is working even better :-) The problem is for some outside users that use webmails, like: - Squirrel -

help with a special variant of balloonplot
Hi, I am interested in implementing a special variant of balloonplot.  Let me explain with an example dataset from the reference manual : library(gplots) data(Titanic) dframe<-as.data.frame(Titanic) survived<-dframe[dframe$Survived=="Yes",] attach(survived) balloonplot(x=Class,y=list(Age,Sex),z=Freq,sort=TRUE,show.zeros=TRUE,cum.margins=FALSE,             main="BalloonPlot :

Manejo de colores CMY(K?) según valores de variables.
Buenas noches; Traigo una pregunta que supongo que alguno ya la tendrá resuelta, porque se me hace difícil entender algo que presupongo fácil. Quiero, según los valores de 3 o 4 variables numéricas, convenientemente escaladas, conseguir gamas de colores. Supongamos las variables numéricas: X, Y, Z; a cada variable le correspondería un color; pongamos que X = C (cian), Y = M (magenta) y Z = Y

ggplot2
I have been struggling to get the legends in ggplot2 right or do away with them altogether (on which I have already sent a post). In the following code, the labels argument in the scale_colour_gradient2 does not give me the desired labels in the legend. Could someone explain? qplot(Year,CDR,data=b3,colour=Phase,geom=c("point","line"),legend.position="bottom")->p

Problem building latest Courier-authlib on CentOS4
Upgrading to CentOS6 is on my list, but I'm trying to get the latest Courier-MTA running at the moment. I downloaded the current courier tarballs and tried to build the rpms on a CentOS4 system. I got these errors: $ rpmbuild -tb courier-authlib-0.64.0.tar.bz2 ... libtool: link: ar cru .libs/libauthpipe.a authpipe.o authpipelib.o libtool: link: ranlib .libs/libauthpipe.a libtool: link: (

Asterisk and Deutsche Telekom
Hi list! I think there are many german users in this ML, that use Asterisk with the new line of Deutsche Telekom (Magenta Zuhause). My ISDN will be converted in Juli (Kaboom-day at Juli, the 3rd...) and right now I can just hope, that I configured my Asterisk well to work with Deutsche Telekom, but I cannot be sure, since I can't test it... So my question: can someone using Asterisk with

llvm-objcopy proposal
LLVM already implements its own version of almost all of binutils. The exceptions to this rule are objcopy and strip. This is a proposal to implement an llvm version of objcopy/strip to complete llvm’s binutils. Several projects only use gnu binutils because of objcopy/strip. LLVM itself uses objcopy in fact. Chromium and Fuchsia currently use objcopy as well. If you want to distribute your build

vpopmail, maildrop, courier-authlib combo
Hello, I was wondering if I could post in the Howto section how one can make use of the vpopmail virtual mail system on Centos 4 and integrate it into other parts of Centos 4 along with some helper tools. Of course if the information is accepted but in a different section that is fine. Wiki name = Feizhou

Part of some calls does not get recorded
Hello, all. We have an Asterisk 1.4.17 installation and we have setup the dialplan such that all calls to/from a set of phones (SIP accounts) get recorded. We do this by ensuring the "Monitor" application gets invoked at the start of all calls. We also have "canreinvite=no" on the "general" section of our sip.conf. Things work as expected except in one case. In the

setting global options for a package
This may be elementary, but I can't find an answer: How can I set up global options for some specific arguments to functions in a package which can be easily changed by the user? This question relates to the selection of colors used in functions in several packages (heplots, genridge), where I want to provide reasonable default values for plots, but allow users to change those defaults

parallel scanner support (general question)
Hi, I'm using the Umax Astra 610p scanner (parallel port scanner). Unfortunately, it is not supported by sane as Umax is not publishing specs. Searching on google I found out that some people got it working using vmware but nobody could get it working with wine. That is surprising me because people seem to get lots of complicated windows applications working but not a small scanner

understanding an error message
I have a toshiba copy machine that is also used as a scanner. The scanner can be set to store files to a SMB UNC. So I create a username/password for the scanner to login with, then configured a unc path for to store to. All was working well for a while. Then the scanner stopped storing to the samba share. Initial analysis seemed to indicate that the username/password was failing. So I reset it
