Dovecot 2.0beta3: Auth master process is now running as default_internal_user
Hi, with 'changeset 10910' the Auth master process is running as 'default_internal_user' now (dovecot). This requires permissions tuning for 'passwd-files' at least, while other plugins would run in a different user context, 'vmail' in my setup. I see that this may be safer, just wondering how to streamline the config: [20:27] root spectre:/var/vmail/conf.d# l

Can't connect to shares w/2.0beta3 on OSF1
I was running 1.9.18p10 on a test DEC Unix 4.0d box here and I decided to give 2.0beta3 a try. For some reason, I cannot connect to any of the server's shares or even get a list of it's services (via Start->Run->\\server) from Win95 clients. It asks for a password and no matter what I put in there I get "The password is not correct. Try again." I configured Beta3 a la:

Mercurial commit hooks...
Hi all I''ve watched all the discussion about svn commit hooks, as I really want to integrate that into my system - the only thing is, that I use Mercurial as my SCM system. So I was wondering if someone out there knows mercurial well enough to write a commit hook? I''ve tried myself, and came up with this: pretxncommit.parsecheck_puppet = hg log -v -r $HG_NODE | sed -n

mercurial repository
Hi, the mercurial repository http://hg.mindrot.org/openssh hasn't been updated since a while now - are there any plans on bringing it back up-to-date again? Is there anything I could do to help with that? Thanks Cheers Petr -- Petr Cerny Mozilla/OpenSSH maintainer for SUSE Linux

Mercurial dovecot-2.0 branch change
I got tired of seeing the HEAD branch name in hg.dovecot.org (caused by the initial import from CVS), so I finally switched to "default" branch name where it doesn't show it. But apparently now everyone using dovecot-2.0 hg needs to switch to the default branch. You should see something like: ~/cvs/dovecot-2.0% hg pull -u .. not updating, since new heads added (run 'hg

[LLVMdev] Any Mercurial or Bazaar mirrors available?
Having a private branch would be handy for some experiments I'm doing. Two years ago there was an announcement by Owen Anderson, but the repo seems down now. -- Oscar

[LLVMdev] Any Mercurial or Bazaar mirrors available?
Hello, Oscar > Anyways, if there is no Mercurial or Bazaar mirrors available, I will > try git. Recommendations on which one to use welcomed. There is git mirror at repo.or.cz: http://repo.or.cz/w/llvm.git, llvm-gcc & clang mirrors are available there as well. I'm updating it 'by hands' currently due to some reasons, so sometimes it will need 2-3 days for changes in llvm
