Spam Blocking by filtering on username / id
This is probably quite an easy question, but I haven't been able to find the answer. I'm running a server where all the email addresses are in the format "user at domain.com". I've noticed that a large number of fake login attempts use the format "user" eg. reception, service, root, admin. Is it possible to prevent any such logins to these email users without an

Lots of posts around about this, all self serving :) There may of course be an RFC floating around, but I admit to never having bothered to look, because good netizens reply to list, lists are public, they

Ms Exchange vs dovecot
I have recently been working/testing with exchange 2016 and started thinking if I should even migrate to this platform. I assume more people here have experience with exchange and this idea. I was wondering if this is possible with a dovecot setup 1. public folder can be implemented with a public mailbox? 2. authorize users via groups access to mailboxes/folders of the public

Ext3 - which blocksize for small files?
Hi, I want to use an ext3 Partition (~1TB) for Mail Storage, this means tons of small files. Has anyone recommendations about blocksize, inodes, etc. for mkfs.ext3 ? lld/mach-o x86_64 asserts
On LLD mach/o x86_64 LLD calls dataInCodeTransitionStart and dataInCodeTransitionEnd, which aren't implemented (and thus return the defautl value 0), later in applyFixupFinal it reaches the default: unreachable causing miscompiles depending on the optimizer. Attached is a simple patch that fixes this. It also fixes the read8 method, as object files inside .a files aren't 8 byte aligned

Named update for RH 4.2 exploitable?
Someone I was speaking with this evening claimed they have installed the latest named rpms yet they are still getting exploited daily and being hacked. Do the latest rpm''s for the named 4.9.x stuff fix all the root exploits or is this person just an idiot who probably has holes elsewhere in the system?
