I have posted a couple of truss outputs, but so far no resolution. Sorry for the slow response. I've been "fighting other fires". Implementation of editheaders in dovecot
Hello. I wrote the hook function for deliver. I want to add support of editheaders in the plug-in for dovecot. For this purpose I wrote the function rarules_get_stream. Remover of headrs works properly, but adding does not work. I took Timo Sirainen's advice from http://markmail.org/message/skb6arnll5gaopdr . Do I use a correct way of creation of a message? I give backtrace and a

assertion failed while using sieve
Hi, there is a line in TODO: "- sieve-cmu.c crash: i_assert(buf->used - 1 == part->body_size.physical_size); ". Yes, we've really seen this crash. Therefore we upgraded to dovecot-1.2.3 with dovecot-1.2-sieve-0.1.11 in order to use sieve plugin (i.e. not cmu-sieve). We use Solaris 10 on Sun servers, we don't use NFS. However, unfortunately, dovecot with sieve crashes

Performance settings for 500-1000User/per day
hi, we have 2.0.13 running and most works well, but today we had some minor problems: The IMAP login process takes sometimes to much time. Over webmail (Roundcube 0.5.0.3) login wasn't sometimes possible, the normal clients hasn't any problems, until they login. We had only ~ 20-30 active accounts, but 50-60 sessions. The most are Apple products (Ip*/Mac/. ..)because they have 4 sessions

Thunderbird, subscriptions, and upgrade to 1.1.3
Hi, I've upgraded from 1.0.7 to 1.1.3. When I did this, my Thunderbird lost its brain and did not show some subscribed folders. squirrelmail also seemed to have issues. Applemail and mutt were fine. The configuration output is below. Hopefully this is just me and just random bizarreness. There wasn't a problem in 1.0.7 but I could have been caught in mid-upgrade. Thunderbird did not

Xen, Asterisk & ISDN: Timing Problems
Hi, is anybody running asterisk on a xen domU and can give an opinion on the following: I have delegated a FritzCard and a HFC card to my domU and installed an asterisk setup that was running on the same isdn hardware but on a dedicated machine flawlessly. I experienced what I believed to be timing problems: sometimes calls on the Fritzcard did not seem to "reach" asterisk, when

those assertions
Hi, I did a bit of digging into the assertions from mbox-rewrite.c (hdr_parsed_size.physical_size == hdr_size). Every time it happens, hdr_size is 0, while hdr_parsed_size.physical_size is non-zero (presumably the correct value). Does this help track it down? I can't manage to get hold of an mbox that causes this though. Another infrequent assertion that's popped up: file

Matching with Layer7 vs. IPP2P
Hi, can anybody comment on the cost of matching with IPP2P vs. Layer7. Also, does a iptables rule with more complicated matching mechanism also slow down processing if all the packets are matched before they reach the rule. I.e. is the mere existence of a potentially costly rule already slowing down processing or only if packets are actually processed by it? Thanks very much in advance.

[LLVMdev] Removing nuw and nsw
Hello everybody, currently I'm writing a thesis about compiler optimization techniques and I've choosen LLVM as a framework for implementing and testing my ideas. While reading the LLVM Language Reference Manual I noticed that the nuw and nsw keywords for the instructions add, sub and mul complicate reasoning about integer arithmetic for the purpose of my thesis somewhat.
