imap problems; error accessing inbox and some other folders
Hello all,
First off, please let me apologize for cross posting this in both the
fedora and centos lists.
I have just run into a problem with imap that's becoming a real issue.
About two or three days ago some of the mail folders became
unusable/unreadable. For instance, my inbox shows 41 unread messages when
I access it through pine on the server. But if I imap into it from

Hi,
We recently had a mail storm which resulted in many tens of thousands of
e-mails being delivered to each of 4 users in just 5 minutes.
This was quickly resolved.
However, one more savvy user though he could use the webmail (squirrelmail)
to delete the e-mail without downloading it. He gave up on the idea though.
I, however, removed the mail directly from the server file system.

dovecot LDA 'deliver' and aliases
Dovecot LDA (deliver) aliases question.
I have a multiple virtual domain setup using sendmail, username/domain, password, home directory all stored in mysql,Set-UID/GID for dovecot 'deliver' setup as referenced in Dovecot LDA wiki. Delivery, and POP/IMAP work just fine, serving a mail store in /home/vmail/domain/username type of setup.
