How to encript SIP comunications?
Hello Fach,
I have used openvpn for a while and in the new release thereis a feature called "server
mode" that makes posible to have a full network of vpn links besides a single TUN/TAP
adaptor (a pure software NIC) in the server. I haven't used that feature, but I think
this is what you need. Also openvpn runs on linux, *bsd, solaris, windows, and maybe in
other OS.

pictex
The example at ?pictex does not work (the driver apparently uses
'rotatebox') for me as stated. It did compile after including the
graphicsx package. A MWE is at the help page for pictex. I tried to
get in touch with Valerio but his email bounced. Probably we want to
add a \usepackage{graphicsx} to the help page and try to track down
Valerio.
Cheers,
Kyle

Does rsync use encription also for local tranfers?
Hy everybody,
I'm using rsync to backup/synchronize folders to/from USB connected external hard drives.
But I can't find an answer to a doubt.
Does rsync use encription also for local tranfers?
For "local transfer" I mean a transfer that doesn't go through a network like
folders synchronization with external hard drives.
I'm asking because the speed of local transfers

Are the connections between Domain Controlers encrypted?
Hi,
Just that is my question: Are the connection between DC encripted?.
I'm planning to create a secondary DC on a external dedicated server and i
want to know if the connections are secure, because is not a good idea to
have authentication data traveling through internet without any kind of
encription...
My main DC have ldap through ssl activated and working fine, but i don't
know if

Cisco IOS and racoon
I am trying to get a tunnel from a cisco 1760 with IOS 12.2.15.t13 to a
freebsd 4.9 install with racoon. I have package version
freebsd-20040408a and internal version 20001216 in my log file.
I posted the full racoon and cisco log below my configs.
Racoon keeps saying:

How to report successfull and unseccessful login attempts
Hi
we use samba 3.0.25a on FreeBSD 6.2 and we would like to have in the logs
only the successfull and unsuccessfull login attempts.
We would like to read in the log file:
Authentication for user [%s] -> [%s] -> [%s] succeeded
or
Authentication for user [%s] -> [%s] FAILED with error
We have tried with log level 1 and we get only the successfull logins.
We have tried with log level 2

Right, I've confirmed boot failure using CONFIG_RELOCATABLE with
unmodified Linux 3.12.24, 3.13, 3.15, 3.18, and 3.19-rc7 kernels.

System users, mbox format and global ACLs
I need some help here... ;-)
I'm experimenting with global ACLs, but just fail to understand very
basic behaviors.
So, before digging into the source code, I would really be delighted
if someone could immediately point a mistake I'm making and miserably
overlooking.
The output of dovecot -n is provided at the end of this email.
