[PATCH] Substitution of dots to ", dc=" in variable expansions
Hi list,
my ldap directory uses DNs like this:
uid=solist,ou=People,dc=solistland,dc=net,ou=Virtuals
but I only could use something like
uid=solist,ou=People,dc=solistland.net,ou=Virtuals
with dovecot, which obviously isn't what the dcObject object class was
meant to present.
I've written a small function for var-expand.c which introduces a new
modifier for string variable

Possible `substr` bug in UTF-8 Corner Case
I think there is a memory bug in `substr` that is triggered by a UTF-8 corner case: an incomplete UTF-8 byte sequence at the end of a string.? With a valgrind level 2 instrumented build of R-devel I get:

[LLVMdev] Lowering operations to 8-bit!
I'm working on version 2.0
The assertion at line 2380 of LegalizeDAG.cpp fails when it is trying to
lower the add with i16.
assertion reads:
assert(MVT::isVector(Node->getValueType(0)) &&
"Cannot expand this binary operation!");
I am trying to compile a very simple program as follows:
short var;
void foo(void)
{
Var++;
}
The input bytecode, (in addition to the

dovecot ldap auth bind and different directories
I have recently begun playing with Dovecot (1.0.beta8) and have run into
an interesting scenario.
The way my email system is set up is that users of different domains
have completely different base dn's. For instance, if a user is part of
test.com the bind dn would be uid=user,ou=People,dc=test,dc=com. The
bind dn for user at domain.com would be uid=user,ou=People,dc=domain,dc=com.

[LLVMdev] Lowering operations to 8-bit!
I moved my code to 2.1 but still the same.
If I make ADD i16 legal, then it goes through, but it has problem
expanding it to i8.
Should I go ahead and customize it and do the same for all instructions?
Or there is a more general thing that I can do?
A.

[PATCH 001/001] core/serial: Add support for serial output functions.
[PATCH 001/001 v2] core/serial: Add support for serial output functions.
Second version fixes an initialization issue.
-----
This patch adds support for serial output functions.
It may be useful for debugging purposes since you can separate
ordinary outputs from debugging dumps.
Just add "serial.h", and use either serial_print or serial_puts as you
would use printf and puts

[PATCH] support OEM encoding in NTLM messages
Hello,
after I started to use dovecot as a backend for exim4 SMTP
authentication on my main mailserver, I noticed that some
clients don't advertise unicode support and so they can't
log in.
To fix the problem the attached patch allows use of OEM encoding
in NTLM messages.
Please consider applying.
Best regards.
P.S. I want to release exim4 patch in the near future, probably

For QEMU, you only need to specify the option -serial stdio.
