Problems with Fedora core 5, Dovecot and Thunderbird
Hi I am testing FC5 before upgrading my main server and I am getting errors with dovecot 1.0 beta3 - both the distributed RPM and also the one at ATrpms thunderbird (the distributed version which is thunderbird-1.5-6) I am running both dovecot and thunderbird on the same machine, pointing thunderbird at 127.0.0.1 for its imap server. The symptoms are an inability to access mail -

dovecot-antispam: Failed to read mail beginning, Next message unexpectedly lost
Hello, I'm trying to configure the dovecot-antispam plugin. Now I've run into a problem: whenever I try to move/copy a message in/from the spam mailbox, Thunderbird (and also Sylpheed, haven't tried anything else) says: The current command did not succeed. The mail server responded: Failed to read mail beginning. and in the logs I get: dovecot: Aug 07 10:41:23 Error:

Next message unexpectedly lost
Using 1.1.2. I'm getting the above message over and over in the error log. Dovecot drops the connection and the client (Tbird) just keeps retrying in an endless loop. Using Wireshark to sniff the exchange, it looks like the command that fails looks like this: 5 UID fetch 1:9749,9751:9763,9765:9930,9932,9934:9942 (UID RFC822.SIZE FLAGS BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS (From To Cc Subject Date

[PATCH v3 07/15] secboot: generate HS BL descriptor in hook
Use the HS hook to completely generate the HS BL descriptor, similarly to what is done in the LS hook, instead of (arbitrarily) using the acr_v1 format as an intermediate. This allows us to make the bootloader descriptor structures private to each implementation, resulting in a cleaner an more consistent design. 1.0.alpha4 released
The actual alpha4 release this time. With a few changes since the pre-release. The important changes again: - Default lock_method changed to flock instead of the old fcntl. Solaris users will need to set it back to fcntl. This makes sure that Dovecot's indexes aren't accidentally used with NFS. - IMAP: We might have sent extra EXPUNGE messages when output buffer got full. This could

Using samba4 with AD and rfc2307 - what are the *current* practices?
I would like to get samba4 working with AD and rfc2307 attributes, while allowing the nice remote management available via samba4. Using sernet-samba packages on 4.1.3-7.el6.x86_64 CentOS 6. I have samba4 configured as follows: krb5.conf: [libdefaults] default_realm = MAIN.ADLAB.NETDIRECT.CA dns_lookup_realm = true dns_lookup_kdc = true ticket_lifetime = 24h renew_lifetime = 7d forwardable =

[PATCH 0/8] Secure Boot refactoring
Hi everyone, Apologies for the big patchset. This is a rework of the secure boot code that moves the building of the blob into its own set of source files (and own hooks), making the code more flexible and (hopefully) easier to understand as well. This rework is needed to support more signed firmware for existing and new chips. Since the firmwares in question are not available yet I cannot send
