How to do a time-stratified case-crossover analysis for air pollution data?
Dear Experts,
I am trying to do a time-stratified case-crossover analysis on air
pollution data and number of myocardial infarctions. In order to avoid
model selection bias, I started with a simple simulation.
I'm still not sure if my simulation is right. But the results I get from
the "ts-case-crossover" are much more variable than those from a glm.
Is this:

Filesystem Quota Enhancement Patch
I have just updated my patch that provides enhanced support for
filesystem-based quotas in Dovecot. I provides 2 main features:
* Support for group quotas
* Number of messages quota for users of maildir
If both user and group quotas are enabled on the filesystem, the plugin
will report the quota that is closer to the maximum independently for
both storage space and message count. The

[PATCH] add initial response support for NTLM and RPA
Hello,
this patch adds initial response support for NTLM and RPA
authentication mechanism. It can be useful if dovecot acts
as authentication backend for SMTP server. RFC2554 permits
initial response in AUTH command, so it's legal to send NTLM
type 1 message or RPA token 1 in it.
Please consider applying.
Best regards.

[PATCH] fix build error with HAVE_MODULES not set
Hello,
attached trivial patch (against 1.0-test28) fixes build error
with unset HAVE_MODULES. Error is caused by missing second
argument of module_dir_load() stub.
Please consider applying.
Best regards.

[PATCH] RPA authentication mechanism
Hello all,
attached patch implements Compuserve RPA athentication mechanism.
Tested with:
- Eudora 6 (uses Compuserve "Virtual Key" RPA software);
- TheBat! 2.11 (uses it's own RPA implementation).
I hope it can be useful for someone.
Best regards.

RLIMIT_AS patch for FreeBSD
Hey,
I've just updated the FreeBSD dovecot port to the 0.99.4 beta release,
the following patch was needed as FreeBSD has setrlimit(2) but does not
define RLIMIT_AS (I believe). I switched the code the require both,
alternatively find a parallel option in the FreeBSD setrlimit(2) manual
page. ( http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?setrlimit )
You may be interested in integrating this patch.

whoson plugin for 2.0
I have found a plugin at
ftp://ftp.ufanet.ru/pub/boco/dovecot/whoson-plugin/
I was able to make it function on a dovecot 1.2.8 server, by changing
__attr_unused__ to ATTR_UNUSED and strlcpy to i_strocpy (since glibc
doesn't HAVE strlcpy, on purpose).
However, it doesn't work with 2.1
this is, of course, because getenv() no longer functions lie it used to
in plugins.

PATCH: make local IP address available to auth modules
The attached patch makes the local IP address to which the client
connected available to the authentication modules; i.e., the local IP
address is available for substitution as %i for the mysql and pgsql
modules. We needed this feature to support thousands of our legacy
accounts which are authenticated by username/local_part (not the full
email address) and IP address (one per domain).
