Package: logcheck-database
Version: 1.2.43a
Severity: normal

Hi,
Given the following popa3d log messages:
popa3d[15636]: 0 messages (0 bytes) loaded

Subfolders problem
I have moved from dovecot 1.x to 2.x and I have big problem with
subfolders.
When I'm moving subfolder with other subfolders is moving only main
subfolder, without subfolders, example :
mail-storage-1 /var/vmail/home/adamskitest/mdbox/mailboxes # find | egrep
-e "janusz|jarek"
./jarek
./jarek/dbox-Mails
./jarek/dbox-Mails/dovecot.index.log
./jarek/jarek2
./jarek/jarek2/dbox-Mails

popa3d migration
Hello,
I'm sure there is no good answer to my question, but it doesn't take
much to ask, so I will.
I am about to migrate my current Dovecot IMAP + Popa3d mailbox server
to Maildir.
I need to keep both protocols (IMAP and POP3) and will be switching to
Dovecot on both.
The question is simple - is there any way to keep POP3 UIDs through
migration, so people won't get duplicates

My samba.conf:

lock directory = /var/run/samba
share modes = yes
load printers = no
client codepage = 852
character set = ISO8859-2

Package for variable clustering
Dear R users:
is there a package, similar to varclus in SAS or varclus in S, ported or
written for R? Also, is there any other package in R that was designed
for
grouping the variables under different measures of distance (in cases
where data is non-Gaussian, autocorrelated, and so on).

I've compiled the 1.8.0 R on Solaris 2.9 and when trying to use
plot command I get the Bus error and a core dump. Anybody experienced
something like this? If yes, what should I patch?

Meaning of loads/stores marked both atomic and volatile
Hi llvm-dev,
I read about volatile and atomic modifiers in the docs[1], and I feel
they make sense to me individually.
However, I noticed that store[2] and load[3] instructions can be
marked as both volatile and atomic.
What's the use case for using both volatile and atomic on an
instruction? Isn't it the case that atomic implies volatile? I guess
it isn't, but I don't understand

NFSv4 + Kerberos permission denied
Hello,
I've got a little problem with NFSv4 + Kerberos. I can do a mount with
Kerberos with a valid ticket, but read-only.
After the mount -vvv -t nfs -o nfsv4,sec=krb5 nfsserver:/ /mount_test/
I can see:

NFS resources, how to check version
Hello,
I set up NFSv4 server. To make sure I set
vfs.nfsd.server_min_nfsvers=4. I can check its version, for example,
by tcpduming and then I can see in wireshark lines like:
Network File System
Program Version: 4
V4 Procedure: COMPOUND....
....
is there any easier way to check its version?
I see there is nfsstat -e option which shows delegs and locks. But all
other ones are combined with nfsv3

[LLVMdev] GC in multithreaded (but with no shared state) environment
Hi all,
I would like to implement GC for a language supporting multiple threads.
There will be no shared state between threads as communication will be
based on message passing. I do not care much about performance. The
priority for me is to get things working.
I have read LLVM guide on writing GC:
http://llvm.org/docs/GarbageCollection.html. Shadow stack approach looks
very promising. The

Meaning of loads/stores marked both atomic and volatile

Do you mean volatile used alone or also the combination 'atomic volatile'?
It think that 'atomic volatile' is very useful. Consider following
pseudo-code examples, where
all loads and stores are atomic (with some memory

Dsync only one mailbox
Hi,
I am looking for a way to sync only selected files/mailbox'es using
dsync.
Am I using the dsync -m option incorectly?
It looks like it's being ignored.
And as for the main INBOX (/var/mail/username) what should be the
parameter for -m?

dsync -u pj -D -v -m Alerts -o mail_location=mdbox:/home/pj/mdbox

Disabling CDR for all dialed parties in Asterisk 12
Hello,
is it possible to disable the CDR record creation for all dialed parties? From my limited testing it looks like CDR_PROP(disable) is effective only for the first party (the one specified before the first ampersand in the Dial application argument) and I can't find any way to disable it for the other ones (I think the CDR in question is written after the Dial completes). Is it by design?

fast code
Hello,
I have two vectors x1 and x2 both in increasing order.
I want to select the x1[j]th entry which is the max min of the x2[i]th
entry. I can do this using if and for statements but is there a quick way
to do it without running a loop?
Thank you in advance,

2 Windows DCs, one crashes, PAM Winbind stops working
Hi,
I am using Winbind & NSS/PAM on Debian Linux, joined to a Windows 2000
AD Domain, to provide email (SMTP/POP3) based on Windows username and
password. I have two Windows 2000 Servers for domain controllers, DC1
and DC2. Over the weekend DC2 had a CPU fan fail and it overheated and
crashed. Once DC2 failed, PAM Winbind stopped working and my users
could no longer log into their

High level of pop3 popping causing server to become unresponsive
Hello all,
We have put Dovecot 2.1.4 on several of our production servers (CentOS, on
Dell R710, with 20GB memory, dual CPU Quad-core). We have a single instance
of Dovecot running and currently have several instances of Popa3d. When
there are significant amount of popping from 2 mailboxes that dovecot that

POP3 Dovecot Auth CPU usage 75%+
Hello all,
I hope someone can help me, I have been testing out Dovecot to switch from
popa3d which I use at the moment. When I get several users connecting and
disconnection multiple times, the Dovecot process with command Auth uses
50-90% of the CPU for the period which they are connecting. I am wondering
if there is something that I may have misconfigured, or if there is
something that I can

Goodness-of-fit
Hi,
I want to perform goodness of fit test for multinominal distribution. The
easiest way would be to use Chi2, but the measurment errors are not
normally distributed. I thought about using some bootstraping method to
perform the analysis. How can I do it in R?
