1.0-test79
http://dovecot.org/test/ Now checks that field alignmentations are in indexes as they're expected. test78 crashed if it was wrong, earlier versions ignored the problem (and crashed with 64bit systems). Now if it's wrong, it prints error to log file and recreates the index. That means you probably should delete all dovecot.index files to avoid tons of errors in log files. Only mbox users

delivery agent in 1.0?
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi :) Is there any plan to include delivery agent in 1.x? I would be very happy, if there would be lmtp delivery agent included with dovecot 1.x... This would make creating large mailsystem cluster creation very simple + indexes would be always up2date. Brane -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE-----

mail-cache-transaction.c error
Hello all. I've just recently (this last weekend) migrated to Dovecot on my FreeBSD 4.x box. So far, so good, I like it a lot, and plan on moving mboxes to Maildirs sometime this next weekend. BUT....I've currently run into a problem. I'm seeing an error when one user account tries to access the INBOX from Squirrelmail: Mar 6 16:50:59 cerebus dovecot: IMAP(problemuser): file

corruption and errors in dovecot-stable
Hi, We switched from dovecot 0.99.something to 1.0-stable (on FreeBSD 4.10) a few days ago and have been seeing many errors and one corrupted mailbox so far. Almost everyone uses mbox format, and most users primarily use SquirrelMail; I use Apple Mail and Thunderbird, as well as accessing the mailboxes locally with Mutt, and have not noted any visible problems. There have been several of

1.0-test78
http://dovecot.org/test/ Fixes: - Crashes in non-x86 64bit systems - Bugs in cache file header caching (you probably should delete all dovecot.index.cache files to be sure the bug won't haunt you in future) - FETCH ENVELOPE patch by Chris Wakelin (I'll try to figure out what to do with the list patch later) Known bugs left: - Thunderbird + maildir: moving lots of messages from

1.0-test65
http://dovecot.org/test/ If dovecot-auth was crashing with you, this release should fix it. I don't know when it did though, I just applied a patch from Andrey Panin with that description :) Fixed also another dovecot-auth crash with Solaris and maybe some other systems. Contains the first attempt of a Dovecot LDA. It's still in pretty ugly shape, but it should work, more or less. I

Stopping precision using 'optim'
Hi all~ I am wondering if it is possible to alter the stopping precision for parameters estimated using the 'optim'? If it helps, I am minimizing the log-likelihood of a function using constraints (i.e. L-BFG-S). -Jeremy

Cyrus SASL 2 fixes for MySQL
Hi all, I have been trying to get SMTP AUTH working in a hosting setup which I manage. Tonight I succeeded. In the course of so doing I've come up with a few patches which seem to work well for me. Please see: http://people.freebsd.org/~bms/cyrus-sasl-improvements.diff The features are: improved debugging messages, optional use of an SSL transport, and the ability to use MD5 hashes with

Hardware donation - 7600 GS (AGP)
Are there any Nouveau developers in Europe (preferably in the UK) who would like a GeForce 7600 GS? It's the AGP version and is no longer useful to me. I've got the power dongle (it requires a 350W power supply) and a S-Video to composite dongle. Specs: BFG GeForce 7600 GS OC (AGP) 512MB RAM DVI + VGA 1 x power dongle (the sort that plug into pata drives) 1 x "HDTV" dongle

I tried to get parameterestimates for the exponentialdistribution with R, but as the values of the parameter

Cheap ZFS homeserver.
So after toying around with some stuff a few months back I got bogged down and set this project aside for a while. Time to revisit.

Looking around there still is not a good "these cards/motherboards" work list. the HCL is hardly ever updated, and its far more geared towards business use than hobbyist/home use. So bearing all of that in mind I will need the

Created a (non-root) build environment (not a mock ) Installed the kernel.scr.rpm and did a rpmbuild -ba --target=`uname -m` kernel-2.6.spec 2> prep-err.log | tee prep-out.log The build failed at the end: Processing files: kernel-xenU-devel-2.6.9-67.0.20.EL Checking
