[LLVMdev] Incorporating Parallelism into a dynamic binary translator
Hi, (Redirect me to a more appropriate mailing list if need be) For a class project, I intend to write a binary translator for Qemu using LLVM. My plan (still forming) is to implement a frontend that will convert DEC Alpha instructions into LLVM IR which can then be optimized and run through whatever backends LLVM has to arrive at optimized native code. This was done as a GSoC project in 2007

How to run in debug format for SSL testing?
Help, new to dovecot... I want to get some output from my test sessions to confirm that SSL pop and imap are working. How does one get debug output from dovecot? How does one see that dovecot is using SSL in a transaction? I configured dovecot 0.99.13 with: CC=gcc CPPFLAGS=-I/opt/openssl/include LDFLAGS=-L/opt/openssl/lib \ ./configure --prefix=/opt/dovecot --with-ssl=openssl \

Corrupted mailboxes
Hello, We are currently facing some weird problems, and although it may not be directly related to dovecot, I hope some of you guys may have a clue on this. We used to have a POP/IMAP server running Fedora Core1, with dovecot 0.99.13 (DAG). Everything was working fine, until an hardware problem forced us to install a new server, on another machine. We installed a fresh new Fedora Core 3 box,

[LLVMdev] Autotuning parameters/heuristics within LLVM
Hi, I am planning to begin a project to explore the space of tuning LLVM internals in an effort to increase performance. I am wondering if anyone can point to me any parameterizations, heuristics, or priorities functions within LLVM that can be tuned/adjusted. So far, I'm considering BranchProbabilityInfo and InlineCost. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks, Robert

Dovecot quota support
Sorry if this question has already been answered. I'm just thought that maybe I could get an answer here faster than my research. I'm currently using squirrelmail and there's a plugin that supports quota compatible with Courier. Does dovecot have the same support? Thanks!

astcc dont write to the table cdrs or cards
Hi, I have set-up astcc with outgoing sip channel. Call processing works fine but after the call tables, CDR and Cards does not get updated. At the beginning it goes to the database and fetch card details and correctly provides the card balance etc. Also it indeed write the inuse field (so writing and reading from database works fine). I've inserted a break point as such in the code;

TE410P in Germany
Is there anyone successfully using the TE410P with a German "PMX-Anschluss"? Please just drop me a note mentioning the carrier you use. We are having problems making the card work, although configuration is correct (Posted this before). Our carrier blames the card for this. We would just need some evidence that it really works. large blocksize for transferring files from one filesystem to another on the same disk?
Is there any way of increasing rsync's block transfer size for when you need to transfer data from one filesystem to another on the same disk? Using a large blocksize tends to decrease track to track seeks. If I put a large dd or something in between two tar's in such a situation, I see over double the throughput on an AIX system (1M vs 64K). Thanks. -- Dan Stromberg DCS/NACS/UCI
