Chi-Square Test Disagreement
I was asked by my boss to do an analysis on a large data set, and I am trying to convince him to let me use R rather than SPSS. I think Sweave could make my life much much easier. To get me a little closer to this goal, I ran my analysis through R and SPSS and compared the resulting values. In all but one case, they were the same. 1.0-test29
http://dovecot.org/test/ Huh, I almost got stuck with this one. It's boring to do larger rewrites to things that already kind of work. This time it was rewriting how caching headers work. The old way was kind of ugly and it didn't really guarantee the order in which cached headers could be fetched. So there were a few theoretical problems that could have broken things. 0.99.10 didn't

1.0-test58
http://dovecot.org/test/ - Fixed APPEND hanging in some situations. Didn't happen with mail_save_crlf=yes. - Added pop3_uidl_format setting. No need to patch sources anymore if you don't want the default. Does anyone want pop3_uidl_xuidl_header yes/no setting, with fallbacking to pop3_uidl_format if X-UIDL header isn't found? Shouldn't be difficult to do.. - Added

convolution bug (PR#408)
Full_Name: Bill Simpson Version: 65.1 , 0.90.1 OS: Linux Submission from: (NULL) (193.62.250.209) I reported this on r-help, but here is official bug report. The present convolve() does not do convolution by default. Its default behaviour is correlation. This is a bug. The default argument conj should be set to FALSE. The zero-padding should be on the right for linear convolution (don't
