[cfe-dev] [RFC] Moving (parts of) the Cling REPL in Clang
I do not know enough about cling, but I like what you describe very much, am particularly intrigued about how your approach could also be appropriated to do ahead-of-time constexpr metaprogramming as well, which also involves incrementally adding declarations to the translation unit.

dsniff berkley database issues
Hi All,
as a CCNA student and wishing to eventualy do CCSP, I wanted to learn
all about what hackers use/do to infiltrate networks, and was introduced
to dsniff at a Linux meeting, TLUG, in Tokyo, but, am having problems
installing it. Please see below.

[cfe-dev] [RFC] Moving (parts of) the Cling REPL in Clang
I like cling, and having it integrated with the rest of the project would be neat. I agree with Hal’s suggestion to explain the design of what remains. It sounds like a pretty small amount of code.

[RFC] Moving (parts of) the Cling REPL in Clang
Motivation
===
Over the last decade we have developed an interactive, interpretative
C++ (aka REPL) as part of the high-energy physics (HEP) data analysis
project -- ROOT [1-2]. We invested a significant effort to replace the
CINT C++ interpreter with a newly implemented REPL based on llvm --
cling [3]. The cling infrastructure is a core component of the data
analysis framework of ROOT and

Feasibility of cling/llvm interpreter for JIT replacement
Dear Sir/Madam
Our company, 4Js software, has developed an SQL data base software that
runs under different operating systems: Windows, Linux, Mac OS X. This
software compiles each SQL statement into a C program that is compiled
"on the fly" and executed by our JIT, Just In Time compiler.
We wanted to port it to Apple's iOS, and spent a lot of time
retargetting the JIT for

hi,
anyone to know a tool that will display more friendly output ... probably a tree like structure (if no cross sections occur)...
OR a top like output...
thanx

question about changing certificate
Good day!
I'm having trouble changing certificate/keys for my dovecot(version 1.2.9).
When I set up the server (unbuntu lts 10.4.4) I did it with a self-signed certificate. I can't remember exactly what I did, just that I followed the wiki and it worked fine =)
Now I have to change the certificate because a friend bought an official one (from thawte) and I'm a bit stumped.
As dovecot

Using tcpdump to sniff telnet password
Hi all,
As long as I can remember reading various articles/docs, they all say that
telnet is not secure because all traffic is in clear text. Well, out of
boredom, I try to sniff username and password from a telnet session.
The command I use: tcpdump tcp port 23 -vvv -w test.txt
Then I read the result: strings test.txt

[LLVMdev] MCJIT and recursive finalization
Hi,
I ran into a problem migrating cling (finally!) to MCJIT: When an
("outer") MCJIT's finalization /
llvm::RuntimeDyldImpl::resolveExternalSymbols() is called and a symbol
is not known, cling can help by loading the suitable library and
providing the symbol.
It compiles the relevant C++ header as part of loading the library. This
compilation emits symbols through the MCJIT. That

OrcJIT + CUDA Prototype for Cling
Hi Lang,
thank You very much. I've used Your code and the creating of the object
file works. I think the problem is after creating the object file. When
I link the object file with ld I get an executable, which is working right.
After changing the clang and llvm libraries from the package control
version (.deb) to a own compiled version with debug options, I get an
assert() fault.

OrcJIT + CUDA Prototype for Cling
Dear LLVM-Developers and Vinod Grover,
we are trying to extend the cling C++ interpreter
(https://github.com/root-project/cling) with CUDA functionality for
Nvidia GPUs.
I already developed a prototype based on OrcJIT and am seeking for
feedback. I am currently a stuck with a runtime issue, on which my
interpreter prototype fails to execute kernels with a CUDA runtime error.

Another security question
I would like to be able to check my bank account while we are on holiday. I
know the bank's site is encrypted from the start - the login page is https and
Verisign-trust encrypted - but is there any risk in using public wireless
networks for jobs like this? It sounds secure enough, but maybe I'm
paranoid....

[LLVMdev] Getting Started
Sorry to chime in, this is just killing me.
First off thanks for the effort in thinking about the issue and
providing a convenient solution for beginners.
Here is the killer for the LLVM mailing list to argue for or against
bash, python Perl, etc c'mon, lets add ruby, Lua and NodeJS.
I completely agree with the notion that it is cool to learn a new
scripting language what is more

dovecot 2.0 convert script
Since my old config had this:
protocols = imap imaps pop3 pop3s
ssl_cert_file = /usr/share/ssl/certs/imapd.pem
ssl_key_file = /usr/share/ssl/certs/imapd.pem
then the convert script should have added
ssl = yes
Just trying to document all the little issues as I find them.

REQUEST: Different port(protocol) should be able to use a different certification.
Hello,
I want to use a different certificate for a different port(protocol).
I searched http://wiki.dovecot.org/ and the mail archives. But such
mechanism were not found.
Could you implement a such mechanism?
Or already implemented it, please teach how to do.
I am assuming the following situations.
MailAddress: [users]@example.com
SMTP Server: smtp.example.com
POP3 Server: pop3.example.com
