Asterisk MIBS
Hi, I was wondering if there are any Asterisk MIBS (specifically regarding call information) ? I noticed a post citing www.faino.org, but this site doesn't seem to exist anymore, and The Book v2 doesn't have any references to MIBS. Any pointers greatly appreciated. Large subjects increase memory-usage and enlarge index-files
Several times we already had the problems, that accounts with more the 1.3 or 1.7 billion e-mails in one folder run out-of-memory, even if vsize_limit of 750 MB is set. In this case, the lmtpd-process haven't been able to allocate more memory to read/write/update the index-files and crashed (and the index-files become corrupted at the end.) Re old message CPQPOWER-MIB - nearly there (using snmp-ups with HP AH401A management card)
Hi, This appears to be related to a thread from January 2010: http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/nut-upsdev/2010-January/004470.html NB: This is on an HP-UX 11.31 box, using a self compiled and packaged version of NUT 2.6.3, and net-snmp v5.7.1. Therefore some of the search paths and things like that may well be wrong because I've done something dumb. I'm also only just getting

SNMP and OID/MIB/MRTG
Hi all. I am having an issue and quite frankly would rather not spend the entire next two days learning the entire snmp program. I am hoping someone out there has used MRTG and SNMP to make it work. I have both installed. Single server, polling itself. Question 1- does snmpd have to run as a daemon, or only run once so I can get OID and MIBs from it? Question 2- does anyone know the command

QoS net-snmp ?
Hi I''ve patched net-mrtg http://www.net-snmp.org/ with http://x-ray.prokon.cz/data/snmp/ sucefully Also I''ve copied QOS.TXT to /usr/local/share/snmp/mibs when I make a normal use of snmp, with mrtg in order to monitor all traffic on eth0 and eth1, it works OK. But, how must I do in order to get monitor for a specific class ? If I make a snmpwalk (like README suggest), I get

EXT3 and large directories
I have an ext3 filesystem that has several directories and each directory gets a large number of files inserted and then deleted over time. The filesystem is basically used as a temp store before files are processed. The issue is over time the directory scans get extremely slow even if the directories are empty. I have noticed the directories can range in size from 4k - 100M even when they are

I can read the variables using upsc. However it seems, I can't actually execute commands on the UPSses this way. ( upscmd some-ups calibrate.start ) Do I miss something, or are those
