Hooking postfix into dovecot
Cyrus has to be added to master.cf and transport_maps has to be set to "cyrus:localhost". So my question is how do I get the mails from postfix to dovecot? Hope it's okay to submit these type of questions here :) Thanks -- Tom Sommer -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed... Maildir quotas support in Dovecot and 2 other newbie questions
I am not familiar with all the features that Dovecot has, but I am familiar with Courier IMAP using Maildir. Does Dovedot have a software based Maildir supporting quota program like Courier IMAP ? Can maildrop be used with Dovecot for quotas ? Courier IMAP has maildrop integrated. - If maildrop support is turned on in Courier IMAP, then a user will get a quota warning mail message

dovecot vs cyrus, uw, etc.
I've been doing research on switching our current e-mail server (qpopper, sendmail) to imap. The decision on which server to use is essentially down to Cyrus and Dovecot -- I like Cyrus' approach to a lot of things, but the "blackbox" nature of it makes some niceties like using spamassassin and procmail difficult, or at least counterintuitive. Dovecot seems to play nicer with

My be someone my explain me, how to use client auth socket to authenticate against dovecot-auth unix socket. As fas as I understood login must be sent in form "user\0\user\0password" as base64 encoded string. pp code (I'm using socket used by postfix auth):

looping through tasks
Hi, I'm moving (slowly) to R from STATA. I often have need to move through a set of tasks across a series of years. In this case, you can see that I'm mimicking -reshape- in STATA, but I'm less interested in the task than in programming R. library(foreign) mydata<-read.dta("z:\example.dta") for (y in 2000:2002) {

Using HASH() and REALTIME_HASH()
Hi, I'm playing around with asterisk 1.6.2.0 and the first try was to replace my now non-functionning 'app-realtime' macro which emulated RealTime with REALTIME_HASH() There is very few documentation on the subject except for this bug report: https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=13651#c94998 However when i try this syntax:

[LLVMdev] [TableGen][AsmParser][MC] isAsmParserOnly flag in class Instruction
Hi Jim, I did look at the ARMAsmParser and it seems to me that it is using a switch/case construct to change the opcode and the operands, but this construct may become too large eventually. I was wondering if it is possible to use isAsmParser only flag to call dedicated methods, like dedicated parsers for AsmOperands. [LLVMdev] [Mips][TargetOptions] How to properly instantiate TargetOptions in MC layer?
Hi Eric, as I was working on the same issues that are covered in your patch I also made a change in clang driver to pass this option to the assembler. Could you please review it and tell me your opinion? http://reviews.llvm.org/D6091 Thanks Vladimir ________________________________ From: Daniel Sanders Sent: Wednesday, January 28, 2015 8:59 PM To: Eric Christopher; Vladimir Medic; llvmdev at

[LLVMdev] [TableGen][AsmParser][MC] isAsmParserOnly flag in class Instruction
Hi Vladimir, ARM does similar things for complex assembly pseudos. Have a look at the definition and use of AsmPseudoInst in the ARM backend. They’re not typically expanding to multiple “real” instructions, but that’s an implementation detail, not a constraint. -Jim On Oct 1, 2013, at 5:36 AM, Vladimir Medic <Vladimir.Medic at imgtec.com> wrote: > Hi all, > I'm working on llvm

reshape help
Hi, I'm trying to use reshape but I cannot quite understand how it works. Could somebody help me on this? Example, my data is something like: mydat <- data.frame(tree= 1:10, serra=rep(1:2, c(5,5)), bt01= 101:110, bt02= 201:210, bt03= 301:310, mm01= 9101:9110, mm02= 9201:9210, mm03= 9301:9310) > mydat tree serra bt01 bt02 bt03 mm01 mm02 mm03 1 1 1 101 201 301 9101 9201

[LLVMdev] [Mips][TargetOptions] How to properly instantiate TargetOptions in MC layer?
Hi Eric, The main thing we need to fix is that the selection between ELF32/ELF64 needs to depend on the ABI being N64 and not on whether we used a mips-linux-gnu triple versus a mips64-linux-gnu triple. So 'clang -target mips-linux-gnu' -mips64r2 -mabi=64' should produce an ELF64 and 'clang -target mips64-linux-gnu -mips32r2 -mabi=32' should produce an ELF32. In terms of code,

Shorewall and NIS, Why Reject...
The reason these are rejected and not dropped are that many programs use Ident as a way to validate the client. If the host gets no reply (even a reject) it will hang waiting. This is the reason you see people complain about slow POP access or FTP lag., etc. Oh yea, don''t try and go near IRC without Ident.... Wayne > Hi John, > > Recently I requested much the same info.

RE: samba digest, Vol 1 #2098 - 22 msgs
If you go to http://hpux.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Networking/Misc/samba-2.2.3a/ you can at least get the precompiled version of 2.2.3a for 10.20 if that will work for you. Otherwise roll your own. vcut(1) and its manpage
Below is a diff to vcut.c and its vcut.1 manpage, which - rewrites the manpage in the mdoc(7) markup as offered in my previous message, and while there: - drops the [] around cutpoint as it is _not_ optional - adds the [] around [+] as it _is_ optional - drops the argument name difference between "cutpoint" and "cuttime" - adds the usage sentence about "." output
