Progress on the Polycom front...
Hello,
Good news on the Polycom front for those that are interested. It looks like
we may get a dedicated Engineer for Polycom/Asterisk!!! Happy Day!
Here's the message I got tonight:
Matt:
I heard back from our VP of Engineering- she is prepared to have an
individual dedicated to working on the Digium- Asterisk project.
Can we discuss again Friday or mid next week?

How to calculate correlation matrix for 128 * 12625 matrix
In our dataset the samples/object are number of patients which is 128 and we
are dealing with 12,625 genes which is our
attributes of the dataset. So, it is obvious that if I calculate the
correlation matrix of (128 * 12,625) the resulted dimension of the
correlation matrix will be (12,625 * 12,625). I need some help about this
calculation.
1. How I can make the transpose matrix of 12625 * 128

child process killed with signal 11
Hello,
Today I have noticed such log entries
May 19 23:57:32 relay dovecot: child 40857 (imap) killed with signal 11
I am using v. 1.0.13.
Any idea what can be wrong? Dovecot does not die. It seems child
processes are being killed.
Thanks!

I'm using dovecot (rc17) in POP3/IMAP server _and_ proxy mode (pgsql
backend). Everything works fine but occasionally I get these messages
in the log:

master: Error: service(imap): child 40100 killed with signal 11
Hello,
I've just updated to 2.0.9 and I've got lots of these in the logs now.
Jan 13 18:57:13 master: Error: service(imap): child 40100 killed with
signal 11 (core not dumped - set service imap { drop_priv_before_exec=yes })
Is there a configuration change or something else I should have done
while updating?
I tried to get some information by loading the binary into gdb and got this:

I doubt it. The original post is about Lucene and it fails in the Lucene
code. The FTS Solr + Tika problem is caused in Dovecot lib-http.

Error: child 469 (imap) killed with signal 6 (with rc25)
I updated to the latest rc25 and started getting these messages(over and
over again). This is on a Solaris 10 box and I tried compiling with gcc
and sun c. I backed down to rc23 and the messages went away and
everything works. Any body have an idea on what could be wrong?
thank you

error - dovecot - child (login) killed with signal 16
We've been happily running Dovecot in Solaris 10 for about 8 months now.
Yesterday, Solaris 10's SMF put it in maintenance mode (shut it down) seemingly out of the blue. The
only thing going on was that I had updated the ssl certificate. We had previously been using a self
signed cert. Now we have a cert from InCommon. We had a problem with a few users who are still on
