*varTypes an optional named character vector giving the DBMSs datatypes to be used for* *some (or all) of the columns if a table is to be

Proyecto -> https://github.com/ADIRSE/maddata He conseguido pintar ambos, con

Daniel, muchas gracias por contestar y tan rápido. Pues puede ser la solución, he hecho el cambio y sigue sin pintarme los puntos -> data_ <- toJSONArray(data_, json = F) map$geoJson( # leafletR::toGeoJSON(data_, # # lat.lon = c('Lat', 'Long'), # dest=output_geofile), data_, onEachFeature =

Hi Roscoe, I couldn't make it though that excel worksheet without my eyes glazing over... but do you want something like data(mtcars) tab <- xtabs(~cyl + gear, data=mtcars) tab/sum(tab) ? breaks/bins question
Thank you Joshua and Jim--I got the tick marks on finally! One last question: I am supposed to make bins in 1, 2 and 5 mm increments for fish up to 170 mm. I assume these are the breaks? So breaks = 170 for 1 mm and 340 for 2 mm and 1550 for 5 mm? I couldn't find any specific examples in the R manual. The problem is I don't think that is correct, as the histogram disappears at breaks =

How to change the number of bins in "hist" function?
Hi all, I am doing histogram using the "hist" function. For some reason, the histogram does not look good... is there a way I can change the number of bins, and/or change the way that data gets binned... so that I can obtain a better looking histogram? Thanks a lot! [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Histogram with uneven bins
Hi R-helpers I would like to produce a histogram with uneven bins (e.g., 0, 1-2, 3-5, 6-10, 10-20, >20) but I would like the resulting bars to be the same width ( i.e., a bar's width would not be proportional to its corresponding bin size). Also, the x and y axes of my histograms frequently (almost always, actually) extend beyond the axis labels (i.e., there are unlabeled bars). I would

matrix of bins with different length
Dear users, please help to define the following data structure: I would like to have a matrix, where every element is a container of different size , containing real numbers. The containers (bins) are addressed by an index pair [i,j] (i is number of corresponding row of the matrix, j is the coloumn of the matrix). The containers are initially empty, I would like to fill them

Specifying the gap between "dodge'd" bins groups?
I'm looking at ggplot-static\position_dodge.html   For ggplot(diamonds, aes(x=price, fill=cut)) + geom_bar(position="dodge") , is it possible to specify the spacing between the dodge'd bin groupings?    That is, I would like for there to be a small separation (horizontal space) between the "Ideal" and the "Fair" bars on the plot.  That way the reader can get

unequal bins in filled.contour
Hello, I am trying to plot SADIE red-blue plots of cluster indicies using filled.contour. I want a plot which only has three bins for the data: <-1.5, -1.5 - 1.5, >1.5, but I am having trouble getting there. example X1 X2 X3 X4 X5 1 -5 -4.5 1.0 4.5 6 2 -3 -2.0 1.2 -1.0 3 3 0 0.0 0.0 -0.5 -1 4 -2 -3.0 1.0 1.5 3 5 -6 -2.0 0.5 3.0 2 example<-as.matrix(example)

Variograma - Bins

Extracting bins and frequencies from frequency table
Dear R users, I would like to great a frequency table from raw data and then access the classes/bins and their respective frequencies separately. Here the code to create the frequency tables: x1 <- c(1,5,1,1,2,2,3,4,5,3,2,3,6,4,3,8) t1 <- table(x1) print(t1[1]) Its easy to plot this, but how do I actually access the frequencies alone and the bins alone? Basically I am looking to get:

Count of Histogram Bins using Shingles with lattice
I know that I can get a count of histogram bins in base R with plot=FALSE. However, I'd like to do the same thing with lattice. The problem is that I've set up shingles, and I'd like to get the count within each bin within each shingle. plot=FALSE doesn't seem to do it. [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

dividing vectors into bins with equal widths
Hi R-users, I am trying to divide a vector (say X) into equal frequency bins. If one uses the hist() function, then a histogram is plotted, but with bins of equal widths, and not with bins having the same number of data points. I have then tried the histogram() function as follows: histogram(X, nint=10, breaks=NULL, equal.widths=F) This works as I want. However, I can't extract which

creating bins for a plot
Hi. I'm trying to plot the ratio of used versus unused bird houses (coded 1 or 0) versus a continuous environmental gradient (proportion of urban cover [purban2]) that I would like to convert into bins (0 - 0.25, 0.26 - 0.5, 0.51 - 0.75, 0.76 - 1.0) and I'm not having much luck figuring this out. I ran a logistic regression and purban2 ends up driving the probability of a box being

putting stuff into bins...
Hi All, I have a vector of data, a vector of bin breakpoints and I want to put my data in the bins and then extract fanciful informations like the mean value of each bin. I know I can write my own function, but I would have thought that R should have somewhere a function that took as arguments something like (data, breaks, what to do with the data in the bins). I surey could not find it
