stopped being able to kerberos/GSSAPI authenticate with new email accounts
I've been running with Dovecot 2.2.15 on my mail server and Thunderbird on workstations with
Kerberos/GSSAPI authentication. This has been working for over a year for 10 users.
The other day, I replaced a user's workstation and set up this user with a Thunderbird client.
Unfortunately, I got the error:

Elbow criterion
Hi,
I would like to cluster a dataset with the ward algorithm.
That works fine. But I can't find a method to plot the structure chart
to estimate the "elbow crterion" for the number of clusters.
Can someone tell me how I can do it?
Thanks for your help.

I am trying to drop rows of a dataframe based on values of the column PID, but my strategy is not working. I hope someoen can tell me what I am doing incorrectly.

ggplot2
Hello Folks,
I have a database of 2000+ days with 35 observations each. I am trying to
modeling a time series by day, but it seems a problem that I don<t have the
time of the observation. I achieve something interesting by using the
barplot function, but I`d rather working with ggplot2, since I have the book
by Hadley Wickham in hands.
I start by transforming my data into a dataframe, but

R CMD check --force-biarch
I'm having problems getting R CMD check to work correctly on Windows 7 (64 bit) in a package that uses C code. What I want to do is to be able to pass the equivalent of the "--force-biarch" option to check, but this is only supported for INSTALL.
Background:
I'm writing a package (RNetica) which forms a link between R and a third-party library (Netica.dll). The vendor supplies

operations between two aggregated data frames?
Hi All,
I've come up with a solution for this problem that relies on a for loop,
and I was wondering if anybody had any insight into a more elegant method:
I have two data frames, each has a column for categorical data and a column
for date. What I'd like to do, ideally, is calculate the number of days
between all pairs of dates in data frame 1 and data frame 2 (*but only for

Incoming Calls
Hi All,
I have the following scenario, it may already have been answered elsewhere,
but I cant find the solution.
I already have a PBX and would like to start implementing asterisk. I have
ordered a 4 port card from the asterisk store (2 port FXS and 2 port FXO)
and am waiting for it to arrive.
I do not want to plug my incoming lines into my FXO ports yet as not all the
desks have IP phones

Authenticating against Win2003 Server
Hi,
I'm running a Debian Sarge box that I want to authenticate against a Win
2003 Server. I understand that the old RH way of doing it was to use
pam_smb_auth.so, which was easy to set up but inherently insecure.
So, I've configured pam, winbind and samba, but obviously not quite
correctly. When I try to su to a user with a windows password it fails
and I get the following error in

Calculating seasonal anomalies

I have calculated the climatological mean and st.dev, but need help on how
to calculate the anomalies from the climatology and my original data set.
Below is an example, where I have indicated the basic idea of what I want to
do under Question 1 and 2. I assume I will have to create a custom

Error: /proc/self/status is larger than expected
Hello,
Writing to get some insight as to how I might rid myself of a the pesky
error message on the subject. Every binary throws out that error, every
LMTP delivery... basically every time any dovecot binary is executed. I
am unsure if this is configuration related or not, but intuition says it
is an issue with a kernel feature or compiler issue.
I saw the error message in the source code
