extract data from a column
Hi all,
I have a column that has the following format:
chr1:564588..564589,+ and I want to extract only the coordinates; I have
tried writing a regular expression but I couldn't figure out how I should
write it. Does anyone know?
Thank you,
Best,
Nanami

Off Topic - Virus

on a RedHat 6.1 box.
It seems that as I have researched antivirus programs which can be centrally

NT SMB Support parameter questions
Hi,
I've recently had the following experience, which may be of help to
people here, so I'm mentioning my tests and conclusions.
I've recently been observing this behaviour from Samba - this is an
easily reproducible problem:-
1/ Open a share
2/ Create a new document in Word.
3/ Make some changes.
4/ Save the document using the save icon on the toolbar, this works as
expected.
