a high-level command for drawing a multiple series graph with each series having a label
I wish to draw a graph representing multiple series (sets of x,y points). Each series has its own label and points within each series are joined by a line ordered by their X cooridnate. I would also like a legend automatically showing which each series is. Which high-level command can serve this purpose? I looked at my book but can't find such a command. Thanks! Mark

I am successful at getting the bar graph I want with a error bar, however I have tried many things and cannot get the bars to change colors. ggplot2 histograms
Hi With ggplot2 I can very easily create beautiful histograms but I would like to put two histograms on the same plot. The histograms may be over-lapping. When they are overlapping the bars are shown on top of each other (so that the overall height is the sum of the two). Plotting individual trajectories from individual growth model
Hi all, I am trying to plot the fitted trajectories for each individual from an individual growth model (fit with a linear mixed effects model in lme). Strange tick in ggplot geom_area; and ordering, again
In the area plots below, I see 4 triangle ticks at both sides of the bar; I believe these are non-stacked values for p, but they are definitively confusing. In addition, I would like to get the order of the colors in the plot the same as in the legend, and not arranged alphabetically (the factor is ordered, don't touch my order). ggplot2 - boxplot of variables / columns
Hi, ggplot/qplot is great - it has really helped me do some nice things. However, simple boxplot of different columns/variables is a bit tricky, because of (i think) qplot's generic Y conditional on X input form.
