Transfer Crosstable to Word-Document
# Dear list, # I am an R-beginner and # spent the last days looking for a method to insert tables produced # with R into a word document. I thought about SPPS: copy a table from # an SPO-file and paste it into a word document # (if needed do some formatting with that table). # Annother idea was, to produce a TEX-file, # insert it and make it a word-table. # I found the following libraries, which

I have dgen(2 levels converted to dummy variables)  and dtoe(4-levels also converted to  dummy variables). So I have worked with them in two ways: i created a variable X1 = dgen*dtoe  and I get an error "Error in dgen * dtoe : non-conformable arrays"then i run a glm, binomial

newbie query: simple crosstabs
I've been playing around with various table tools, trying to construct a fairly simple cross-tab. It shouldn't be hard, but for some reason it turning out to be (for me). If I want to see how many men and how many women agree with a agree/disagree question (coded 1,0), I can do this: >attach(mydata) >mytable <- table(male, q1.bin) # gender and a binary response variable

Crosstab from sql dump
Hello all,, Im looking for a simple function to produce a crosstab from a dumped sql query result. Its very hard to produce crosstabs with most databases (Access being the exception), so with the vast array of R packages, Im sure this has to have already been implemented somewhere. Examples are always good: Take a csv dump like name code user1 100 user2 100 user1 200 user2 210 user1 300 user2

multiple 2 by 2 crosstabulations?
Hello, I have a dataframe (var_1, var_2, ..., var_n) and I would like to export summary statistics to Latex in the form of a table. I want specific summary statistics by crossing numerous variables 2x2 AT ONCE. In each cell I would like sometimes to have the median (Q1 - Q3), or frequency and proportion, etc. CrossTable, xtab, etc... do not allow for multiple 2 by 2 crosstabulation. The table
