Hi, Color of my step plot is now by default. Now I'd like to change the color as the grey scale I specified. I don't know why I got three black plot. Here I attach two version of codes. HI lily, for the colouring of individual points you can set the colour aesthetic. The ID is numeric so ggplot applies a colour scale. Hi all, This seems like a basic problem, but no amount of playing with the code has solved it. I have a time-series data set like that shown below (only longer) and am seeking to plot the data with filled, circular points and error bars. I read in a thread in r-help today that the windows device in 2.6 supports transparency, so I tried an example and had some issues. The density plots should be filled with transparent color in the following example (similar to the points), however the color is "fully" transparent.
