I need to group a data.frame in a a specific way, like shown below,
DF raw is like this,
id col1 col2 score

Hi Hemant,
the solution is really quite similar, and the logic is identical:

library(tidyr)

cat_help <- read_csv("cat_help.csv")

plot3d, color points by group
Hello
I've created a 3d scatterplot, and had no problems labeling the points.
However, I've been really struggling to change the color of the points based
on a factor (see 'group' below). Is such a thing possible?
My data look like this:
food group x y z
apple fruit 0.216 -0.112 -0.893
orange fruit 0.814 0.097 0.460
broccoli veg -0.239 0.240 -0.425

Dropdown boxes in tcltk and R
Hello,
I'm very much a newbie in R and more so in tcltk so apologies if this
question is stupid. Basically I am trying to use the combobox example
found here:
http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/~wettenhall/RTclTkExamples/DropDown.html .
What I want to do is in that example get fruitChoice as a variable in R
in general. When I run that code, however, and the ask for fruitChoice

dear group,
i have 100 files starting with 'hsa-*'.
ex. file:
fruit p-value

apple 0.0003
orange 0.004
kiwi 0.0003
peach 0.0004
I want to read all these files and create a single
matrix. here each file may have different fruit names.
in the matrix i want to have a union of all fruits and
those should be the rows in the matrix and file names
should be columns.

storing DTMF inputs

I have done the part of playing a file by creating a context in my

users who is listening to the playback. I found there are ways, but some
specific way by which it is not stored in file but conveyed directly to the
asterisk server.
When the call landed up on the softphone, i pressed keys the

Split to array then save to DB
Basically I want to take a collection of words like "apple orange
banana" textfield in a form and store them into the DB as individual
rows.
1. apple

I know I need to use the .split method to divide the words into an
array, but i''m not sure how to then save them and where this should

dovecot-imapd eating 100% cpu every once in a while
Hello,
About once or twice a week, dovecot's imap-login process on my system
seems gets out of control, eating 100% CPU for about 2 hours. Afterwards
everything seems to go back to normal.
I am using Dovecot 2.1.7 on a 64 bit Debian wheezy system.
When running gdb on the process in this stage, I get the following
traceback:
