[buildSchedGraph] memory dependencies
Hi, (This only concerns MISNeedChainEdge(), and is separate from D8705) I found out that the MIScheduler (pre-ra) could not handle a simple test case (test/CodeGen/SystemZ/alias-01.ll), with 16 independent load / add / stores. The buildSchedGraph() put too many edges between memory accesses, because 1) There was no implementation of areMemAccessesTriviallyDisjoint() for SystemZ. 2) Type

Santi, In the second line of your function you have the following: f <- numeric(length(x)) This sets the length of this numeric vector (i.e., "f") to the length of the vector "x". Later, inside the function you assign to values to 4 elements of the vector "f". This assumes that "f" is at least 4 element in length. However, you define

[LLVMdev] MIScheduler + AA: Missed scheduling opportunity in MIsNeedChainEdge. Bug?
Hello, While tuning the MIScheduler for my target, I discovered a code that unnecessarily restricts the scheduler. I think this is a bug, but I would appreciate a second opinion. In file ScheduleDAGInstrs.cpp, the function MIsNeedChainEdge determines whether two MachineInstrs are ordered by a memory dependence. It first runs through the standard criteria (Do both instructions access memory?

Convert daily data to weekly data
Dear Petr, Thanks for your reply and the solution. The example dataset contains data for the first six days of the year 1986. "X1986.01.01.10.30.00" is 01 January 1986 and the rest of the variable is redundant information. The last date is given as "X2016.12.31.10.30.00". I realized that I missed one information in my previous email, I would like to compute the weekly average

Per-process QoS on Linux?
Hello, I''ve tried searching for this but I don''t seem to be able to find a way to search past archives in this list. Is there a way to get a per-process qos functionality in linux? fractional factorial design in R
Hi, i need to create a fractional factorial design sufficient to estimate the main effects. The factors may have any number of levels, let's say any number from 2 to 6. I've tried to use the library conf.design , but i cannot figure out how to write the code. For example, what is the code for a design with 5 factors (2x3x3x5x2) and only main effects not confounded? thanks in advance!

Shapley Values
Hi, I am trying to compute the Shapley Values between a set of p independent variables (x1, ..., xp) and the dependent variable y to study the relationships. I believe that the package "kappalab" could be an appropriate choice. Is anybody able to give me some hints about the code I should write? Any better package? thanks in advance!
