missing date and time intervals in data frame
I posted a similar question, but feel it needs a bit more elaboration. I have a data frame (read from a csv file) that may have missing rows. Each day has 7 time intervals associated with it, with a range from 17:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs in 10 minute bins. What I am looking for is a script that will run through the data frame and insert "NA"in the Volume column for any dates that are

Resizing Graphic Device Windows
Hi all, I have been struggling with this one. When creating graphic devices, how do you go about resizing the output device window automatically without having to manually tinker with it to show everything in terms of tick marks and x/y lims that you specify? I have tried the aspect="" function, but that seems to only stretch the data set one way or another, and not the actual window.

Indexing Mail faster
Hi, I am trying to get faster search results on our webmail client(Roundcube). Besides using Lucene for FTS are there other options? Would having all mails indexed give fast results? Currently the time it takes to search 25,000mails is 4mins. If indexed how much faster are we looking at? Really appreciate if someone could advise about this. Thanks Kevin

Asterisk not starting up due to database problems
When I try and start asterisk I get the following, however I have commented out the data the connections in res_mysql.conf and res_pgsql.conf. I am not sure therefore why I am getting these errors. Do I have to change something else to turn this off? Thanks Asterisk 1.4.21.2~dfsg-3, Copyright (C) 1999 - 2008 Digium, Inc. and others. Created by Mark Spencer <markster at digium.com> Asterisk

Winbind, Kerberos, SSH and Single Sign On
Hi, at first I'm not sure if this is the correct list to ask this question. But since I'm using winbind I hope you can help me. I try to realize a kerberized ssh from one client to another. Both clients are member of subdom2.subdom1.example.de and joined to it. The users are from example.de, where subdom1.example.de is a subdomain (bidirectional trust) of example.de and

CVS-HEAD breaks iconnect
I don't use my iconnect account much, and so I can't say precisely when outbound calls began to fail. But fail dramatically they do, and I'm not sure how to interpret what Asterisk is doing that their server is choking on. I get these messages in droves, even after I quickly hang up the call: -- Called 12195551212@iconnect Dec 1 02:37:56 WARNING[14865]: chan_sip.c:604

Asterisk 1.6 - Problems with SIP/REFER
I am having issues with transfers (SIP/REFER) using Asterisk 1.6. You will find the SIP debug below. There are three phones in this setup. 5253 and 5258 are Aastra 53i telephones, 101 is a standard phone connected through an Audiocodes gateway. All phones are registered in context "phones" and are set to not allow reinvites. All phones can dial each other directly. The dialplan

NFS Client with quota
Thanks Patrick. For Solaris, quota can be set when mounting from NFS client. There is a transition from Solaris to CentOS 6 this time. Therefore, quota setting is required for NFS mounting from CentOS 6 as with Solaris. Is it still impossible for CentOS 6? koji On Sun, 2 Apr 2017 14:44:59 +0200 Patrick B??gou <Patrick.Begou at legi.grenoble-inp.fr> wrote: > Quota are managed at the

Speed vs Windows systems issue
Hello, I've a CentOS-5 system (kernel-2.6.18-8.1.14el5) SMP arch running samba-3.0.27a. A user reported extremely long load time (11 minutes) of a 43MB file across a 3Mb/sec WAN link. Copying the same file to a windows server and opening it from there on the same client system took about 2:30. Research found the below thread from April:

Problems with dnscrypt's package from EPEL
Not sure if this is a factor yet, but your forwardzone is looking for 3 ports but only 2 ports are configured in the systemd startup.. so are 1/3 of all lookups going to fail? Or is the 6355 a 'given' (aka it will be set up whether 6353 and 6354 are setup?) On 9 December 2017 at 16:45, C. L. Bad packet length problem with "aes128-cbc" and openssh3.1p1
Hi, I am trying to run openssh 3.1p1. But it is giving "Bad packet length" error when I run sshd with default config file. On further investigation I found that the error is coming only for the cipher algorithm "aes128-cbc". Also the error comes only when I don't specify any protocol file (/usr/local/etc/ssh_host_[rd]sa_key) or specify only "protocol 2" files. I

No audio on Zap (T1/PRI) channels
I have 12 T1's going into 3 servers, 4 in each into "Digium, Inc. Wildcard TE410P Quad-Span togglable E1/T1/J1 card 3.3v (rev 02)" cards. Each "group" of T1's have the primary D on 24 and the secondary D on 96. The first server (ts20) and the last server (ts22) can playback "demo-congrats" fine. The "middle" server (ts21) cannot -- just dead air.
