hints through a Local channel
Hello all,
I am trying to set up a dynamic channel to be used as an Agent dialer for a
queue - you know, trying to replace AgentCallBackLogin for an Asterisk 1.6.
I would like to do something like:
[myagents]
exten => XXX,1,Set(realchan=${DB(myagent/${EXTEN})})
exten => XXX,n,Dial(${realchan},tT,60)
This basically fetches the actual channel to be used for dialling and dials
it. What I

Wx::Menu, get parent menu functions?
I have been looking in the API Docs for get_parent type stuff for the
Menu''s - so I can track a click path across sub-menus and have not found
anything. Are there really no functions for that or did I just miss the
right place to look?
If it is true then consider this below:
class MyMenu < Wx::Menu
def initialize(mymasterclass, name = nil, id = -1, parent_menu = nil,

Percentiles with R for a big data.frame
Dear R users,
I came up to a problem dealing with percentiles in R.
>From my previous questions: I do have a big data.frame, with lots of
columns and rows. The following command enables me to calculate means for
all data frame.
dat1$newID<-rep(1:(nrow(dat1)/12),each=12) #if nrow(dat1)/12 is integer
dat2<-with(dat1,aggregate(cbind(dat1[,1:71]),by=list(newID),mean))

self.get_id
Hi!
Is it possible to somehow eliminate the use of the self.get_id''s in most
situations?
When you set up an event, you always must type sg. like
evt_tree_key_down(self.get_id) {|e|
where self.get_id can be the default or something...

[supermin PATCH] rpm: generalize openSUSE support
It seems that all the newer versions of openSUSE have an 'opensuse-'
prefix in their distro ID; hence, check for that prefix at once, keeping
compatibility for the old "opensuse" ID.
Followup of commit 0668b2d64abef0724219480a3d7fc16b8dd1e68f.

RFC: ssh-copy-id tweaks
I'd like to propose a couple of tweaks to ssh-copy-id:
o Change the default ID_FILE from identity.pub to id_dsa.pub or perhaps
{id_dsa,id_rsa,identity}.pub to cover all the bases, although the
patch below deals only with id_dsa.pub - it would need some more
tweaking to deal with more than one (possibly non-existent) file.
o If the destination authorized_keys file already contains the

wxRuby 1.9.1 and id accessor consistency problem
Hi all,
wxRuby 1.9.1 introduced great Rubish style accessors (x.label as a synonym
for x.get_label).
I just found that get_id has no corresponding Rubish style id accessor.
For a CheckListBox or a StaticText (I haven''t checked for other kind of
controls), id just returns the Ruby object_id.
This is very confusing and not consistent with other accessors.

[LLVMdev] TOT opt does not terminate!
The following code causes opt to not terminate!
With TOT this morning, and of a week ago:
clang foo.c and clang -O1 foo.c
work fine.
clang -O2 foo.c and clang -O3 foo.c
do not terminate. (At least after 10 minutes)
If I generate the bit code (clang-cc -emit-llvmbc) and then run:
opt -O3 foo.bc
it does not terminate.
//foo.c

[patch] ssh-copy-id: improve error reporting with -i and documentation
The "ssh-copy-id" program requires that the argument to -i end in
.pub, by appending that extension itself if it is missing. But
if the file with .pub appended does not exist, ssh-copy-id
reports the misleading message "ERROR: No identities found".
This patch improves the error message by mentioning the name of
the actual file that does not exist.
Also, document that the
