Package "maps": what is the name of county # 2395?
I am using "maps". I am running the following code to get this list of all the counties: map('county', plot=FALSE)$names In the output, all counties have first the state listed and then, after a comma, the name of the county. I had impression that the last object in a function gets returned, so I did not add the print function at the bottom line of the function definition. That is certainly OK, but you can also just use print(ggsurvplot(...)) as your final statement. out <- RFS( ...) would then return the ggsurvplot object *and* graph it. Any good R tutorial or a web search will provide more details on function returns, which you might find useful. Dear all, I try to first link data in a data.frame() to a (polygon) read.shape() object and then to plot a polygon map showing the data in the data.frame. Wishlist: specify the border color of boxes in legend() (PR#13913)
