Blank certain areas of a contour plot
Hi,
I'm interpolating a list of syncronous accumulated precipitation
observations collected over a number of raingauge stations sited over
land, over a regular lat/lon grid using akima's interp().
Then, I plot and locate geographycally the resulting field with a
filled.contour() and a call to map(). Everything is fine but I need to
"blank" (in Golden Surfer nomenclature)

2d kriging with anisotropy on an irregular network (RandomFields Package)

I am using the RandomFields package, and I have a problem when 2d-kriging, with an anisotropy, some values from an irregular network.
It works well when :
- 2d-kriging, without any anisotropy, some data from an irregular network
- 2d-kriging, with and without anisotropy, some data from a regular network
- 3d-kriging, with and without anisotropy, some data from a regular network

DocumentTermMatrix - text minig
Hi All,
I have a Data.frame that looks like that one below. I would like to do some text mining on it to possibly find some patterns between Opis, ACklasifikacija and Vodja. I looked over a tm package which loks promissing, more specifically DocumentTermMatrix or TermDocumentMatrix. But I can not figure out how to change my data from data.frame to Corpus or VCorpus.

Setting lattice boxplot's lines to black
Hi R users.
I'm using the lattice library and I need a print version for my graphics.
How Set I my boxplot's lines to black ????

aggredating date data
I tried a date by date forecast of a time series and it seems to be
too wild. How can I aggregate the date into weeks or months as
required?

Help to organize data
Hi everybody,
My name is Jackson and come here ask for a help to organize data.
I really need help from you. I have several data sets to organize.
I have to summarize precipitation data collected in different days and
months in only one table.
However, those data are disperse in days and times. Those rainy days have a
more observations than drought ones.

With Nouveau :
xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Screen 0: minimum 1024 x 768, current 1024 x 768, maximum 1024 x 768

With the Nvidia Driver :

Output name 'default' is not the name of an output nouveau can produce
(or nvidia for that matter, afaik). This is the vesa driver or...
something. Can you supply xorg log + dmesg?

There is no sign of the nouveau kernel module being loaded. Make sure
it's loaded, otherwise it won't work. Some distributions blacklist it
in modprobe.conf or a related file. I believe the nvidia blob
installer might as well.
Actually, looks like you've explicitly disabled it --

color specific(!) lines in different color with in parcoord plots

in my current project, I have so far used a lot of very different plots. I am now trying to gain informatin with the help of parallel coordinate plots. Therefore, I use the function "parcoord" of the MASS package. Battlefeild 2- new issue?
ubuntu 8.1
Nvidia 9600GT.
Installed BF2 with no problems.
Go to run it- first screen comes up, screen blinks, reverts to desktop, changing resolution from 1440x900 to 800x600. so basically it wont even start
Ive already tried everything i found in previous forums and appdb (i think ive tried it all)
Ive changed the video.con file to read 1024x768 at 60 in the appropiate file. Ive tried

Setting Resolution Modes in xorg.conf
I asked on the Gentoo forums, and surprisingly haven't gotten an answer.
When I run xrandr, I get this output:

How to get the rowindices without using which?

I was wondering if it is possible to get the
rowindices without using the function "which" because
I don't have a restriction criteria. Here's an example
