plotting matrix into 2D color plots with rainbow colors
Dear all,
Can you pl. help me in plotting a matrix into 2D plot with more color
options. I tried to plot with myImagePlot with
RGB color ramp but it shows limited variation in color. There is a rainbow
plot option also. Can anyone help me.

How do you save in R?
I know it sounds like a silly question but whenever i click on "save to file"
it doesn't save. whenever i use the function attach(___) it doesn't work,
and says object can not be found. i have a series of data (0,0,0,1,1) that i
need to save, then i want to attach(...) it in another R window.
Please help.
Thanks

Coding columns for survival analysis
Hello Folks,
I have 5 columns for thousands of tree records that record whether that
tree was alive or dead. I want to recode the columns such that the cell
reads "found" when a live tree is first observed, "alive" for when a
tree is found alive and is not just found, and "mort" when it was
previously alive but is now dead.
Given the following:

bug in glm()? (PR#3223)
Full_Name: Bonnie
Version: 1.6.1
OS: Windows
Submission from: (NULL) (160.129.25.106)
glm() seems to converge, even when it shouldn't. I am trying to fit a model
where $converge=FALSE and I am fitting models that do not converge in SAS,
but they seem to converge in R ...
Thank you.

findAssocs()
I am trying to find the math behind the "tm" package findAssocs()
?findAssocs does not say anything besides "association" and "correlate"
Usually entering "findAssocs" at the CLI gives the code for a R
function, but in this case I obtain:
function (x, term, corlimit)
UseMethod("findAssocs", x)
<environment: namespace:tm>
Any ideas?
