ps commandline option woes (-v weired formatting, more power for -m)
Two issues concerning ps commandline options.
1) -v option, cosmetic !
currently the formatting is very unsexy, makes this option
rather unusable, you can't easy follow the columns
2) -m option doesn't have precedence over other options
forcing the output to be memory sorted.
i.e. -u option implies -r (-r = sort by current cpu usage)
Now I find the output format of -u very

Marcus Meissner did the ppc64 port, I did the update for crt0.S.
Now ash does not segfault, at least.

[RFC PATCH 0/2] GLOBAL() macro for asm code.
Hello,
This series has been split into two patches, one for arm and one for x86. I
figured that this was easier than doing it as a single combined patch,
especially as the changes are functionally independent.
x86 has been boot tested, but arm has not even been compile tested as I lack a
suitable cross compiler. However, the changes are just text replacement, so I
dont expect any issues.

I don't understand why we need a new interface.
Balloon already sends free

[RFC qemu 0/4] A PV solution for live migration optimization
The current QEMU live migration implementation mark the all the
guest's RAM pages as dirtied in the ram bulk stage, all these pages
will be processed and that takes quit a lot of CPU cycles.
>From guest's point of view, it doesn't care about the content in free
pages. We can make use of this fact and skip processing the free
pages in the ram bulk stage, it can save a lot CPU cycles

RFC: First pass at making the node generic...
I'm looking for feedback on this first patch. The node has been pushed
towards a more generic boot process. With this patch the node can now
boot up and execute a few specifically-named scripts that reside in
/etc/node.d/ at key points during the startup.
After this goes upstream, the next step will be to define in more detail
the remote interfaces for the "managed" runtime

Rebased patches, fixed a rebasing problem...
The previous patch set had an error and one development branch's changes
showed up twice, and two different change sets. So it was missing the bulk
of the configuration work. This patch set fixes that.

[PATCH 00 of 38] xen: add more Xen dom0 support
Hi Ingo,
Here''s the chunk of patches to add Xen Dom0 support (it''s probably
worth creating a new xen/dom0 topic branch for it).
A dom0 Xen domain is basically the same as a normal domU domain, but
it has extra privileges to directly access hardware. There are two
issues to deal with:
- translating to and from the domain''s pseudo-physical addresses and
real machine
