[PATCH 0/3] supermin: add --include-packagelist
Hi,
to ease debugging issues with appliances (e.g. when used in libguestfs),
using --include-packagelist will add a file containing the list of all
the packages used.
Thanks,
Pino Toscano (3):
ext2: add ext2fs_chmod and ext2fs_chown
chroot: factor out file copy code

[supermin PATCH v2 0/4] Check for output results for --if-newer (RHBZ#1813809)
This is an attempt to make supermin check for the existing results of an
output when checking whether the appliance must be rebuilt using
--if-newer.
At the moment it is implemented only for the ext2 output format of the
build mode.
Changes from v1:
- drop empty stub for the prepare mode
- add patch to ignore --if-newer on modes different than build
- squash patch with stub for the build mode

[PATCH] Chop final '/' in output directory (RHBZ#1146753)
If the specified output directory ends with a slash, chop it then;
leaving it in will create problems later, like creating the temporary
directory inside the output directory (and not aside it), and trying to
rename it to the directory containing it (which will fail indeed).

[PATCH 2/2] Add --size for ext2 filesystem
Add a --size option to setting the size of the ext2 filesystem,
so it is possible to create ext2 appliances with smaller disk images.
The default is like the previously hardcoded value of 4GB.

[PATCH] (Almost) new tool: virt-get-kernel
Extract the guest kernel/ramdisk extraction from virt-builder into a
separate utility, so it can be used and improved without cluttering
virt-builder.
Currently it does what virt-builder --get-kernel did, adding also the
options for remote disks and libvirt access, much like other libguestfs
tools.
virt-builder --get-kernel now just spawns virt-get-kernel.

[supermin PATCH v2 0/3] Better handle no config files
This is a "merge" of two previous series:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2018-December/msg00015.html
https://www.redhat.com/archives/libguestfs/2018-December/msg00020.html
The goal is to handle better situations like:
- empty file in the appliance directory
- no config files available in the packages to include in an appliance
Compared to the two series, the changes are:

Problem Writeing a pipe using R (stdin is consumed)
Hi everybody,
I a, trying to use R as a pipe like this:
cat inputData | R --silent RCommandFile >outputData
The RCommandFile would contain something like readLines(stdin()).
I have tryed various things and none did work cleanly.
One possible solution is to use the pipe() function inside R and to pass in the "cat inputData" however this is not very convenient
since I would like to

loop in a data.table
Hi everyone,
I have a data.table called "data" with many columns which I want to
group by column1 using data.table, given how fast it is.
The problem with looping a data.table is that data.table does not like
quotations to define the column names (e.g. "col2" instead of col2).
I found a way around which is to use get("col2"), which works fine but

Unable to execute raw tests using lxc-execute.
Hi,
I have doubt in executing raw.write tests using lxc-execute.
When I execute it without lxc-execute it works fine i.e it performs
raw.write testing.

[PATCH supermin 0/2] helper: Implement device trees.
This two-part patch for supermin implements device trees (for ARM).
The first patch introduces a more rational way to handle command line
arguments in 'supermin-helper'. See the commit message for details.
The old style is still supported for compatibility.
The second patch adds an extra supermin-helper --dtb parameter
specifying a wildcard. A device tree file which matches the

[supermin PATCH 3/4] Extend modes with list of outputs
Add a function for each mode to return the list of potential outputs, so
that the existance/timestamp checks done for --if-newer can take those
into accounts.
At the moment both modes return no outputs, so there is no behaviour
change.
