Stack with factors
Hi R users:
I found that I cannot stack() a data.frame with factors.
db1<-data.frame(replicate(6,factor(sample(c("A","B"),6,replace=TRUE))))
str(db1)
db2<-stack(db1)
db2
"db2" does not have any row.
How can I stack them by the variables X1,X2,...,X6?
Thank you for your help.

iproute2 problems
Yes, I am sure but added another broader rule:
nsasia at db1:~$ sudo ufw allow from any port 655 proto udp
same result for debug example.

Telnet will only do tcp not udp which tinc works on. Are you sure udp 655 is open?

Remote database & local database, and adding new weight found vtable error
Hello, guys.
Q1.
now I have load all the docid and its document data into a dictionary for
faster loading data instead of calling
Xapian::MSetIterator i;
i.get_document().get_data();
but I was happened to discover that the dictionaries got by such two method
were different:
both methods use DB1, DB2
method 1:
Xapian::Database db = Xapian::Database(the path of DB1);
Xapian::Database db2 =

Something to think about
I'm planning to add multiple-database support for searches to my "Xappy"
python wrapper (more on this wrapper later, but for now, see
http://code.google.com/p/xappy for details). This is reasonably
straightforward, because Xapian supports this nicely: except that
"Xappy" generates a "fieldname->prefix" mapping automatically. The
prefix which corresponds

Failed to modify SPNs
Hello,
I've got some log entries like these on our DCs:
Failed to modify SPNs on CN=db1,CN=Computers,DC=mydom,DC=lan: acl: spn validation failed for spn[TERMSRV/DB1.MYDOM] uac[0x1000] account[db1$]
hostname[(null)] nbname[mydom] ntds[(null)] forest[mydom.lan] domain[mydom.lan]
At first I thought it was about missing SPN entries, but adding these did not resolve the problem:

Strategies for Unit testing 2 databases
Hi,
My application spans 2 (or more) databases for some very specific
reasons... My models are working fine, even dynamically establishing
connections as needed at runtime, and spanning relationships across the
databases (which really impressed me). The problem is, I can''t seem to
force Units for these models (that use a secondary db) to load their
fixtures into and use the

Hi Thanks
removing the first line "ip tuntap add dev $INTERFACE mode tun" seems to have helped regarding the tun error, however it is not connecting. If I stop the tinc service and then run:

tincd 1.0.33 starting, debug level 1
/dev/net/tun is a Linux tun/tap device (tun mode)
