Network from package functions
Dear R-helpers, does anyone know of some package/function that can build a network from the functions that are implemented in a package, i.e. visualize the cross-references from one function to another in the same or some dependent package? Xen network problems on domU shutdown
Hi, I''m new to XEN and have the following Problem: If I shutdown my domU the network of the dom0 leaks. A ping from another server to my xen dom0 shows a Packetloss > 80%. Then if I restart the domU after some seconds the ping show a loss from 0%. I retryed that 3 times but it is really hard to go to the dom0 via ssh and recreate the domU if the packetloss is that high. I used google

Problem with regression line
Hi Anne, I would suggest to change the linear model to lm(BloodPressure~Age), as this model makes more sense in biological means (you would assume that age influences pressure, not vice versa) and also obeys the statistical assumption of weak exogeneity, that age can be measured without error, at least compared to error-prone bp measures. Difficulty understanding sem errors / failed confirmatory factor analysis

Problems when building a package for Windows 64

Sweave cutting new lines
Hi, I have trouble with Sweave (I think) cutting of my newlines. As stated in the help of Sweave, I generate tex code straight from R for dynamically computed reports. If I do this in R: for (i in 0:4) {cat("\n",i,"\n")};cat("\n 3") 0 1 2 3 4 3 The output looks correct. However, Sweave for some reason seems to trim everything outside
