fuzzy classification and dissimilarity matrix

Hi, I'm encountering trouble compiling caTools_1.17.1.tar.gz and e1071_1.6-4.tar.gz on a Linux system using the Intel compiler suite. 14 other packages I generally use installed without any trouble. MPI implementations of fanny or cmeans
I've done a little digging, but I haven't been able to find an MPI or snow (or any other distributed processing) implementation of fanny (from cluster) or cmeans. Is anyone aware of some implementations or addons which I've missed?
