Remote SIP Connections
Hello all, I have my * server setup behind a Linksys WRT54G on Adelphia cable. I have forwarded 5060,10000-10020, and another port set can't remember off the top of my head but I can't seem to connect to the * server from any locations that are direct connects to the Internet. IPTables help
...r someone who is very cost sensitive. This server originally is being setup as an Asterisk server, but now the simplest thing for me to do is also set it up to provide internet access for the small shop as well. So it will have one external, WAN facing nic that needs all incoming ports except UDP 5060 and 10000 -> 60000 blocked for all but two ips. The internal, LAN facing NIC will need all ports except voip/dns/http blocked to it, and need to provide masquerading. I have limited experience with iptables and would love some guidelines. nat problem
hello, i have trouble with nat + sip outgoing call.when make an outgoing call to a sip gateway, i have no sound. i have 2 sip gateway, one is asterisk. asterisk is on public ip and private ip other sip gateway is on public ip phone are cisco and grandstream on private ip on the same subnet as asterisk. phone are connected by sip to asterisk (i have try with or without nat=yes) incoming call
