samba - Feb 2006 - about upgrade samba from 3.0.11

Dear all

my samba version is 3.0.11,
but there's compatible issue with join windows 2003 domain.

is it anything need to check before upgrade to 3.0.20b?
or it's better to upgrade to 3.0.14a?
