samba - May 2003 - getent showing wrong gids after changing smb.conf

Hi all,

I am having a strange problem. My smb.conf used to be:
winbind gid = 10000-20000
Which I changed to
winbind gid = 20000-30000
After this change, groups from the PDC still start at 10000 instead of 20000.
Even after restarting winbindd and the samba daemons a number of times. I assume
this is chached somewhere. Does someone know how to solve this?
