Could I ask that patches be made available in an obvious place on samba 
ftp mirrors, and advertised in annoucements? Because, all I got was this 
(since I am in digest):

Followed by some base64-encoded file.

Of course, a plain-text attachment would also have done the trick (but 
having a url means it can go in a spec file ..)

Otherwise I am going to have to start messing around to get this file 
unencoded ...

Also, does this mean that binaries built with ldap support without this 
patch would not support tls? Hope not ... (and haven't had a chance to 
test).
