Hi, I'm not sure if anyone has encountered the same problem as I have. But your help is very much appreciated. Here's my problem scenario. We just have bunch of windows 2000 Professional/Server installed and connecting to samba installed on HP-UX 10.20 seems having problem with slow slow browsing and opening files. We are running samba-2.0.10 and also tried upgrading to samba-2.2.2 and still have the same problem. Not sure if it's OS related or config related. But we tested samba running on solaris, linux and the access time for connection from Windows 2000 has good performance. Does anyone have solutions to this problem? Patches or service packs? Many Thanks.
