Hi, I have a question regarding the OpLocks that Samba is so proud to have in 1.9.18 and later: according to an old Speed.txt document, OpLocks were hard to implement under Unix: "Samba does not support opportunistic locks because they are very difficult to do under Unix. Samba can fake them, however, by granting a oplock whenever a client asks for one." So, my question is: how did the Samba team do to implement OpLocks? Thanks, E.- -- Eloy A.
