require and require_gem in config/environment of rails 0.13.1
the default (as when you first created the site with ''rails <site_name>'') is : require ''active_support'' require ''active_record'' require ''action_controller'' require ''action_mailer'' require ''action_web_service'' but it can''t connect to database (i was trying codes in rails4days). then i changed it to : require_gem ''activesupport'' require_gem ''activerecord'' require_gem ''actionpack'' require_gem ''actionmailer'' require_gem ''actionwebservice'' require_gem ''rails'' it works. is this a bug ? can someone explain ? __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Changing require to require_gem should not be necessary. The former works fine under all configurations I''ve encountered. Anyone else have an idea of what might be going on here?
